The young girl at the front super sweet amd precise and the guy that made my frappe always nice and professional. The shift lead "nancy" I'm assuming was horrible possibly one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with not just at McDonalds but in the entire fast food and restaurant industry. I never usually write negative reviews or even complain generally speaking, about any one. I was came in about 40 minutes until close which typically I have an hour rule because i work in the food service industry but tonight i broke it because i really needed to get some paperwork done online and its hard for me to focus at home as i become distracted easily. So i decided to go to my neighborhood mcdonalds which i frequent pretty often, turns out that was the wrong choice because i stepped into nancys cafe. Nancy was being nasty to the employees working by constant nagging belittling and yelling at them for no reason right in front of everyone and leaving as soon as it got busy. the poor sweet girl up front was alone to do drive through she did a great job handling the situaton and dine in while nancy disappeared into the back. Nancy must be corporate or the owner of the franchise because she gets to decide the store hours. just shy of 5 mins after i sat down to eat my food and enjoy my frappe she told me i needed to leave i questioned why she said because they weren't getting business. I then replied "No thats not how it works, thats unfair and you know it. i am a paying customer and i wouldn't have come here if you closed at 10:30" she then told me" customer onlys habes 20 minute" which made me angry and i replied "sorry your life is miserable and sorry your required to do your job" she then replied "i jam doing my yob" i was dumbfounded by how i was treated like a vagrant i dont appear disheveled im quiet and very polite. Yet i was treated like a bag full of garbage, like the trash she was rudely and aggressively demanding her coworkers to discard in the dumpster. Nasty Nancy has no business working with customers, or coworkers or the general public at all. She is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and just plain mean. Read moreThe night crew on this particular night/morning is TRASH! Pulled up in the right order lane at 3:01 am. There was another car in the right lane. They came on took their order and the car went on. I sat there waiting for about 15 mins, no one still doesn't come on to take my order. About 2 mins after that another car pulls up in the other lane and they came on and took their order. I sit there 2 more mins they didn't come on so I went behind the other car to the window . When I finally get to the window, I tried to explain to the Hispanic lady worker that I had already been sitting there and they took orders of cars that came after me and still never came on to take my order. SHE DID NOT CARE! Told me that I have to go back around and closed the window in my face. I tried to tell her again I have a moble order and I had already sat there for like 25 mins. STILL DID NOT CARE AT ALL! Told me that she trying to give people fresh food and I need to move. I didn't cuss I didn't yell. Went back around and had to wait another 20mins. This time there are multiple cars in front of me and now there are taking orders at both lines. Which is funny cause they have cameras and I know they seen me sitting there. I did not get my food until 3:47 am 5/11/2025. This is the only fast food place within a 10 minute drive open this late. This location is really bad!! I almost felt like they were discriminating against me for some reason! They are super slow, there was only one car in front of me at one point and it took 15 mins to give them their order. Read moreAfter about 20 years of going here, I've never had a bad interaction here ever until the past few months. Their attitudes towards costumers have gone downhill out of nowhere. Been through the drive-thru twice recently and each time I was yelled at because they became very confused by orders that were simple 1 or 2 item orders and took it out on me. It was terribly upsetting and incredibly shocking. I actually cried in the car. I excused it the first time, but the second time made me look up some reviews and it seems like everyone is being yelled at in the drive thru and it is very very concerning. I understand that it gets busy and stressful and it is very easy to yell at someone and forget about it because it's only about a one minute interaction and you'll "never see them again", but customers will remember it for a long time, and we're humans beings with feelings and emotions as well, not random people on the internet you can just yell at and block. This might just be me, but I would never yell at a stranger like that, especially when they never gave an attitude to the worker to begin with, and even if they did have an attitude, I would still smile at them because you should always treat others the way you'd want...
