I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but my friend and I had an awful experience here and I felt I should share with others. Firstly, the guy with the gray beard gave us a nasty look when we first walked in and rudely asked to see IDs. Whatever. We were walking around the store, and we had stopped in a corner to take a look at some products. The same guy then calls me a "little girl" to somehow try and get me to put my bag at the front desk to prevent theft or whatever, which he should have mentioned to us as soon as we walked in, I would have happily done that if there was a sign or some indication in the shop of that rule. I walk up to the desk, and this woman standing at the front rudely tells me that "it's actually pretty standard practice now" and continues to talk to me in a very rude and petty tone as I walk back to my friend. We immediately left after this happened. TLDR: The employees made my friend and I super uncomfortable. Never going back and I don't recommend this place. There was a very cute dog though....

Wish I could give zero stars! My husband and I visited the store and the employee (didn’t catch name.. grey hair and beard, older) complimented my dress when I walked in only to turn around 10 min later and ask me if my dress is just unflattering or if I was trying to steal something. I hadn’t even picked up anything from any shelf so what exactly would I be trying to steal?!?!! I answered him that I must be wearing an unflattering dress and lifted it to show him that the only thing under it was my tutu and my shorts and very clearly didn’t have anything concealed. He then told me no offense… I was not offended that he was keeping a close eye on merchandise but I was offended that he complimented my dress and then called it unflattering and to add insult to injury when I pointed that out to him he said “had to break the ice somehow”! What?!?!!!! I’ll never shop there again considering all I got was lied to, accused of stealing and my style insulted. I feel completely humiliated...

This place gets a five star only based on the fact that the customer service there is so excellent they made me feel welcomed as in a friend to a friend deal/ transaction instead of a sales associate to customer but the arcade is extremely small and I feel like it can use a renovation too much floor space for videos I feel like can be utilized better with a couple more boots it does get quite busy because of location and again encouragement for the women would be advised as far as more comfortable to them possibly a stripper pole or red light room to wear they can be watched or have the ability to allow play just the spice things up as a new setting...
