For a major international airport such as Denver you'd think they'd have more late night food options then just a single McDonalds that can't even serve it's customers hot and properly made food. We arrived at 11pm on a week night and waited in line 20-30 minutes to receive cold burgers and subpar McDonalds quality food. Where is the quality control? This is a McDonalds why isn't the food consistent and why were we served cold food. This is a disgrace and we almost went back to ask for a refund but couldn't cause our flight was boarding soon. No quality control, useless employees and cold food. Why is there no Five Guys or other fast food chains open late night in a major international airport, that is absurd!!! There should be a Chipotle and scrap the McDonalds, after all Denver is the home of Chipotle. Finally this was a McDonalds restaurant I would have loved to have seen ordering kiosks in front of the area in the terminal that way I wouldn't have had to order and speak with the surly and miserable staff. Put some self ordering kiosks in and get your quality control up to par, this is a McDonalds and the food is supposed to be consistent, taste the same and most importantly HOT. Get some new management and fire the entire staff who are absolutely useless and rude...
Read moreI hope corporate reads this and responds. McD's- your food is the staple of American fast food. It's like the dollar store- it's the lowest denominator, a quick stop, and kids love you. But this store needs immediate, careful oversite. Just because you monopolize the terminal's American fast food scene, doesnt mean you should ignore its issues. Line was long, only one cashier open, and 2 young men workers standing against the wall, handling food now and then (WITH NO GLOVES ON, TOUCHING THEIR FACES AND NECKS AND THEN THE TOPS OF DRINKS AND LOOKING THROUGH BAGS). I waited a solid 20 minutes for some chicken nuggets and a smoothie, which cost a massive $10!!! Let me tell you, no one stands in the way of me getting some chicken nuggets. I wanted to yell at the young workers so bad to get the line moving and get the food out to customers, and to put on some mf gloves and wash their hands (I'm very sensitive to germs when it comes to food, and I know that workers handling food need to wear gloves and wear head covering such as caps to prevent hair from falling). Please, McDonalds, reach out to me if you have more details, and maybe a free chicken nugget meal...
Read moreMcDonald's, usually in the form of contemporary fast food is meant to offer a convenient, ample, and serviceable meal from a budget price-range.
When preparing to board a flight to Philadelphia in Concourse C, which was also my first time in the Concourse that was first constructed in the early 1990s and opened alongside the rest of the airport in 1995, replacing the old [Name Redacted] Airport in the Central Park Neighborhood that opened during the Great Depression, and FDR's first year in office. I came here to have breakfast and found myself to be pleased with the service. My order took about 1 minute and 45 seconds to come out, and it was hot, but the overall atmosphere attached to this place is average, as it appears very similar to a mall food court location, or a terminal location.
Additionally. the food was good at first but the shear quality of some of their breakfast items needs to be addressed. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit was good, but the biscuit should be less of a hassle to eat for customers in the future. Both the biscuit and the Hash Browns were good, but quality needs to be addressed to make it more suitable for a...
