Every time I have gone to this McDonalds they've messed up my order. I always order a double cheeseburger no pickle, no onion so just ketchup and mustard, they never get it right and once the bun was stale and another time they took a burger that had been there a whole, scraped the onion and pickles off the crusty dried out bun. They didn't even put any more ketchup or mustard on it. Gross. You have to repeat your order numerous times after sitting there waiting to be acknowledged. You pull up and nothing is said then you sit and wait and wait. I watched two cars pull out of line behind me. I don't recommend eating inside. The McDonalds is attached to a gas station, is never clean, floors have build up of dirt. When on drive through once finally acknowledged every time instead of a greeting I get "what you want to order"? I then had to repeat myself numerous times, every time I had to repeat myself the order taker got more and more annoyed with me because she couldnt understand me. When I pulled up to pay the Mexican lady was laughing and talking to her manager in Spanish no greeting again instead I got a dirty look from the order taker who ran my card and handed it back not once saying anything to me. I get to the second window where the manager is now giving me a look, thrusts the bag into my hand.l, hands me a drink with soda pooled on the lid, so much so the manager had to use two hands to keep the drink straight up and down. I not able to see the top of the drink of course I only notice too late so the excess soda poured all over me and my interior, thankfully my car has leather. I put the drink in the drink holder and look on the bag and NO STRAW. Not only no straw but nothing was said to me by the manager either. Not have a nice a day, not heres your order, just thrusted the bag into my hand, then the drink, and slams the window shut immediately speaking Spanish again and both laughing. I tried waving to get the managers attention which didn't happen till I honked my horn. The manager flings the window open as hard as she can and doesn't say anything again just stares at me so I ask "can I get a straw please". The manager actually rolled her eyes and says "in bag" in such an annoyed manner that I checked the bag right in front of her. I say "sorry mam I don't see it in here". She looks at me and in all seriousness says what she thought was low enough I couldn't hear it but "in the bag means it's in your car" before thrusting the straw into my hand. Read moreI never write these things because I hate to judge, but something really blew my mind tonight. I made a simple decision to be lazy...I wanted a cheap meal so I decided to go to McD's drive thru instead of getting a burrito from 7-11 that i would have to unwrap and heat up myself. So i got a few simple sandwiches and small fries for my girlfriend and I (she decided to go the lazy route too). The food was fine, it was the service I hated, and you might think I'm whining about my service but 1 small thing could have made my experience a pleasant one...and it apparently involves 27 cents. I don't know if it's because I ordered from the value meal (go figure...), but I requested 2 sweet and sour sauces when I received my food but was only alloted one, and the person who handed me the food said he was only allowed to give me one. I then said I ordered food for two people and was again told I would have to be charged for a second sweet and sour sauce. He offered to have me talk to his manager which I accepted. She asked me what I got and then said exactly "You Didn't Order Nothing. If you want a second sweet and sour it will be 27 cents". I explained that I not only did order something but that I ordered for two of us. She didn't budge and then said "well you can pay for the second one". 27 damned cents is what turned this into a customer service nightmare. Oh by the way, I wasted more than 27 cents in gas waiting almost 20 minutes for the food I received, and judging by where I started in line it shouldn't have been more than about 5 minutes. When the "manager" left and the gentleman handed me my food, he said "Sorry, it's not my choice, it's the store I work for". Take into consideration the McD's I normally go to when I want some quick food on Colorado Blvd and Louisiana always gives me the TWO sauces I ask for (it's not like I'm asking for 20) gives it to me every time without even considering my order. If I had asked for two ketchup packets would I have been denied that too? Seriously. And oh yeah...they didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup. Cheap food...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the most unpleasant place to go for an easy meal. Yesterday evening my husband went through the drive-thru. When he returned home we quickly realized over half our food was missing. I decided to go back to the restaurant, with the food they did give us, to ask them to either remake our order with ALL our food or issue my card a refund. The manager on shift was Jinkes. When I arrived I told him the issue. Gave him the food back. He took it to the back & returned 10 min later saying he was unable to remake my order or give a refund. He said he could give back my then cold food and 2 new combos. That would not replace all that was forgotten. I told him 'No thank you I'd like a refund instead.' His reply was 'We can't do that it would be a loss for the company.' 65$ ? That's a loss for a big chain? Jinkes told me to come back the next day to speak with his manager Abelardo Moreno. I've contacted corporate 2x this morning about the issue. When I arrived this morning the above mentioned manager wasn't working. I had to speak with Myra. She was less help than yesterday. I asked where the other manager is and she couldn't give an answer. I showed the first email from CORPRATE stating they were to issue my card a refund. She denied. Kept saying she could only offer the 2 combo meals. I decided to walk away an contact corporate again letting them know. Now I have basically the same email saying they have to issue me a refund. I will be coming back later today to speak with whatever manager is there still. I'm hoping to have this resolved today. I don't recommend going here. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Just the first time we've had this many issues with a simple refund for their mistakes.
