I was on speaker phone with my bf when he visited this location on 2/10/2020. He got there around 10:05-10:10pm he made his order and him and whom ever was working kinda joked around about the sizes for a frappe he then pulled up and waited on his food until roughly 10:35-10:40pm he didn't order much just a 10 piece nuggets, frappe, and a Spicy chicken which he asked for extra mayo. Then after recieving his food his bbq sauce was not in the bag so he asked for 4. Just the day before at another location he received 6 bbq sauces with no issues as well as no extra charge. The lady working then points to a sign which is very small, on the inside of the building about the extra charge for additional sauces which obviously he didnt see nor did he know about, but with her approach she came off towards him as if he should of known and pretty much known better to expect the extra charge. Finally she gave him 1 then hesitated on just the 2nd one then finally he hands her back his debit card to be charged the extra .32 cents for 2 more. And then with my experience I know asking for extra mayo depending on locations is roughly between 20-40 cents extra no biggie well he went to go eat his sandwich and there is no extra mayo at all. Also I'm pretty sure we're supposed to be given receipts for every order and he didnt get any from her. But I'm sure after providing the ordered items and date as well as time frames this shouldn't be hard for corporate to look up. I feel my bf was treated very very unfairly and this lady was beyond rude and after seeing other reviews she should not be working in your restraunt. I would like my bf to be compensated for the extra charges and rudeness from her. She needs to learn better customer service and either take pride in her job or quit if it's that bad. We as customers dont need to put up with her rudeness when we approach the window with respect...
Read moreI came to this McDonald’s because I was in area and seemed like a nice neighborhood. I was helped at drive thru by a girl who was young and very rude, sarcastic, cocky, had a “could care less” attitude, kept sighing, ho hum, irritated, put out, degrading, impious, meh, no customer service skills at all or could care less if she ever developed any. As soon as I pulled up, apparently she asked if I would be using my mobile app but she blended mobile and app together and distorted the pronunciation. I wasn’t sure between the Big Mac or the new QPC that was a quarter pounder with bacon and smoky something. I asked what made the burger smoky. Was it the bacon or some kind of seasoning and she just said “she didn’t know” and never bothered to ask another employee. The only picture on the menu showed the burger as a double. I asked the person if it only comes in a double and she said she thinks it only comes in a single. When I was finally ready to order the app was giving me a hard time giving me a code. You could tell she was irritated because she just wanted me to hurry up and order and when I did, I had probably only decerned for a minute. As I gave my order, it didn’t show up on the panel so I could review it like other McDonalds. When I got to window, I asked if she could repeat order and angrily recited the order quickly. She said it so fast I had to repeat it again to make sure it was correct. She also gave me the side eye. After I paid, I asked for a receipt and she said I would get one at next window which never happened. She then told me I could go in a very unfriendly manner. I ordered at a kiosk tonight but didn't get a needed receipt. Grumpy older man would not provide a receipt. Said I didn't order, loudly called me names. Attached copy of charge that went thru my phone that I showed him, Again got his loud reply false false, but still no needed paper receipt. Did get oder and tried to get a Sprite per order ticket (again no receipt ) but didn't get Sprite got Coke. Old grumpy would just left. He seemed more content on giving food to homeless. Photo attached also of my "ranch" which was not ranch -- shows tanch on sales slip, right. (Asked but again no receipt). Old man walked away from me to talk with what appeared to be a homeless. So I didn't get ranch. Took a pic for review and this old manager guy came out from counter pointing at me and hollering that I could not take pics and he would call thr police. He hollered calling me false again twice so other customers could hear. Came out at my table again and called me false yet again. What does false mean? I asked kindly for receipt again. He laughed and said call office. Asked to speak to manager who he said he talked to about the police and only heard false.
Attached is also copy of sales tickets, still no receipt.
You used to be able to see the pride and disciplined staff by false instead of give requested receipt (5x) or fix a botched order.
