If you are looking for the best house made Teas, Slushes and intimate Tea Shop atmosphere, look NO further.
I've been going to Tea Street for my Tea/Slush addiction for almost 3 years now. I've yet to find any Tea Shop that matches their style, taste and atmosphere. Trust me, I've looked. Lol.
I had a stomach procedure years ago that changed what I can eat, and needed drinks and such free of artifical dyes, sugars, and synthetic ingredients as it would make me sick.
Tea Street is 100% natural ingredients, DAIRY free for my Vegan/Vegetarian/Lactose Intolerant friends, and everything is made in house.
Their Jasmine Green Tea will have you swooning. It's got so much natural Jasmine Floral taste that it's as sweet as getting nectar from the flowers.
Their Ginger Tea is DIVINE. It's really organic Ginger shaved and it's signature spice and sweet are perfect and my go to when my Tummy is upset or I have a cold.
Their Red Bean Freeze made with house Red Beans is just perfect. They use dairy free milk, house made chunky Red Bean paste and its got that perfect Red Bean earthy tone and sweetness. It's 100% for any Sweet Bean fan.
They also do Tea Free options and I LOVE the Vietnamese Coffee. It's as if I was having a cup in Vietnam. It's got potency, it's well balanced with coffee and dairy free milk and unlike the big named coffee, its always on point. Never burnt beans taste, never lacking in flavor and you can get it iced or as a slush. It's so amazing!
I honestly could go on and on, but seriously give them a try and you'll never turn back.
I order online a lot or over the phone and the ENTIRE staff are so amazing. The shop is clean and relaxing to be in and if you come enough (like me) they really want to know you, you're not just another customer. You're a friend, and they take an actual interest in your life. That's the intimacy I love about smaller shops.
They were inspired by my Bucket Hat, they know and my order by heart, it's great. I, Andrew, give Tea Street my Panda Seal of Approval. Thank you all for making my passion for Tea...
Read moreI just have to say, the things about drinking Boba is it’s aesthetically pleasing, it’s fun, and it taste really good. I understand as a business sometimes you run out of product. In this case cups for cold drinks. Which is fine, but you should also let the customer know when they’re buying a cold drink that you were out of cold drink cups prior to them spending money or in general, especially when you ask them which size they would like and when you say a 16 ounce or the medium you should let the customer know that the appropriate cup is no longer available. Drinking ice drinks out out of hot paper cups is not where it’s at. And you can’t drink it normal out of a hot cup because it has Boba in it and then you can’t get your Boba. The scraping of the pointed straw on the paper cup or the hot cup just ruins the whole experience. I was not the only one that felt that way the other three customers that were given their drink all looked at the cup and the straw with a look of disappointment. If we’re spending six dollars and some change for a drink, you could at least let us know that you don’t have the appropriate cup. I would’ve paid the extra $.75 for the larger size for the drink to be in the appropriate cup. I know it sounds stupid, but I stopped here to get a drink as a treat and honestly it kind of ruined my mood and felt like a...
Read moreIf you are looking for boba or bubble (milk) tea where you can actually taste the tea, then Tea Street is the place to go! Tea Street clearly takes pride in the products that they make and you can taste it from the first to last sip.
Beverages: Tea Street offers a wide selection of hot and cold beverages that are customizable to your preference in terms of sweetness, ice level, and additions (e.g. boba, jellies, etc). What makes them stand out is how much the real tea flavor shines through in every tea-based drink. Moreover, depending on the season, they have specials that highlight various fruits that are bursting with flavor - I loved the peach-inspired drinks, there were even real pieces of fruit in them.
Ambiance: The shop is brightly lit with an open seating plan. However, due to current COVID restrictions, they are running a contactless model (which is amazing and so responsible!).
Service: Prompt and friendly. One of the owners is there everyday and you can see how invested they are in their work.
Pricing: Somewhere between $3-5 per drink, more if you like a lot of additions/toppings - well worth the price for the quality.
Tip: check to see if they have any tasty Taiwanese snacks they are selling; some times they will have things like dried tofu snacks or other delightful treasures that you...
