What a total dump full of rude and/or dumb ppl. First, they force u to use the app or order urself on the screens, which if u don’t already come born knowing how to do this, good luck, because no one there knows how to figure them out either. Took them 30 min to put my order in for me because the app sucked and not one employee knows how to use it. I have an IT degree and run an IT business but I couldn’t figure out how I place an order on the app, nor could anyone there. When I finally get my food 45 min later, it was decent but then I try to get a refill. Bad mistake, took them another 15 min of me staring at them while they stare at me with my empty cup.. not one person offered me to help me, one girl walked by me, picked up a broom and started cleaning, while looking at me, not wanting to help. The manager comes out, and I think “thank god” but nope, she just stares at me too. Then finally a decent employee emerges and fills my tea and lets me leave this god forsaken McDonald’s location. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Don’t go here unless u have a good hour and a half to waste. (Plus 20 min to angrily write a negative review)
UPDATE, every single time I’m desperate enough to eat here, I lose my mind with the lack of common sense from the useless employees. I cannot wait for this location to be taken over by robots because the humans here are the absolute worst. Stood at the register for 20 min waiting to order because I didn’t want to figure out how to take my own order while taking care of 2 kids under 6. Read moreI've been coming to this McDonald's for years sure there has been good and bad times but I would say it's averaged out to a good experience overall. Till this last year or so just horribly rude employees some guy specifically needs to get fired extremely rude and is somehow still there. My app didn't close out like it normally does when a code is taken and I just simply asked if they got my code. To then be basically called dumb multiple ways. Just cause of a technical error with the app. Then today I had a second horrible experience I think with the same guy. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a freaking McRib is shoved into the 10 piece nugget box I didn't notice till I got all the way home. I called asking if I can get like a voucher at least for my 10 nuggets at some later point. I can send pictures or whatever. I was just told by this horribly rude guy that nah nothing we can do you can come all the way back because I don't believe you. 90 percent of places own there mistake when something like this happens and it's a non issue. It's one thing getting the order wrong and may have dealt it and cut my losses. But the customer service was at least friendly. But what is there good to say from this McDonalds' anymore? Horribly rude employees who get no sort of punishment this guy has been here forever being rude to customers. And orders which were almost always correct before this year, just falling apart now. Read moreSpent almost 10 minutes of patiently waiting for anyone at all to acknowledge any customers in the lobby so i could simply use the restroom. After waiting, waiting, and waiting more patiently i was finally told that the bathroom is for customers only. Congrats McDonalds, you have trained your employees like loyal dogs where they would happily deny someone use of a restroom they do not own for thier leash holders. I mean, the food is garbage and all but sometimes people actually naturally need a restroom without eating mcdonalds. I actually was going to purchase some breakfast but the way they are so protective of a corporate policy that does nothing but inconvenience the 99.99% of people as if they are not human until they spend money i would not spend money here.
I was told these locks are on the doors to stop homeless people from using the bathroom. Ok... thats just as messed up because they are people as well but how are the employees able to tell? They are encouraging heavy profiling. So what happens when a homeless person buys a small fry? It doesn't stop them doing what they were going to do anyways...
You want to try and tell me some made up lies about being sanitary during covid??? Because i am pretty sure they debunked covid being transmissible on surfaces awhile ago.
Truth is covid and homeless can go away and those locks will stay because the only reason they are on there is to dissuade people from using the restroom at all so they can save money on tp and water.
A restaurant that does this does not care about its patrons... but hey the food will probably kill you quicker than smoking so they...
