MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

I’m going to start off by saying stop what you’re doing and just go. Not only is the pizza delicious and affordable, but their hospitality is chefs kiss. I want to share that my fiancé at the time and I on our first night moving to Denver from Jersey on 1/11 bought a pie and it was very tasty and again not pricey. Then, on 1/13 we got married! Instead of dining at some expensive fancy place we chose to go back to Mod pizza and we know that God led us there. Customer service is top tier and this fantastic person named Scarlett checked us out, she said we can have drinks on the house and I said “wait did you know we just got married?!” I asked because I thought why the free drinks, but Mod Pizza is just full of loving people. And she said what!? No! Even better! And proceeded to offer us a free cookie pie which we wanted but were tight on money, then she said “I don’t even know why I’m charging you guys” and everything was on the house! My first time eating here we ordered online and we had to stand over 10 minutes past the pickup time while our lunch break dwindled to nothing.

I submitted negative feedback and received a free pizza as consolation. So far this 'free' pizza has done nothing but waste 30 minutes of my time. The first time I spent 15+ minutes placing an order. It let me put the order in no problem, online ordering was an option. But right after I finish everthing, down to putting my card info in, it suddenly switched to "no longer accepting online orders". Well that was a waste. I try again twice at later dates, "not currently accepting online orders". I finally get a day today when they are allowing online orders and despite that the "free pizza" coupon has no expiration date -- "this coupon is not valid". The company seems horribly managed and I will never be eating at any of the locations again--it's literally a waste of...

The app says this location is not available. Their automated voicemail says they are available for carry out orders, but then goes on to say they are not available for carry out orders. The person who answered said they could take carry out orders over the phone, so as I started to place my carry out order, I could hear someone in the background say, “They can just come in and place that order!” which defeats the entire purpose of a carry out order. Then, when the representative told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, the same background voice said, “No, tell him it’ll be 30-45 minutes!” which means they either a.) wanted me to come in, place my order, and hang around for 30-45 minutes while they made it, or b.) wanted to punish me for placing a carry out order.

I understand everyone is understaffed right now, but if you don’t want carry out orders, just tell us up front. We can plan...
