Placed order online and was given a 30-minute wait. Arrived at the store after 20 minutes. OK, so I'm 10 minutes early. It's 3:15 in the afternoon and the place is dead. No customers. NO STAFF. A sleepy-eyed young girl drags herself out from the back. She doesn't speak. "I'm here to pick up my online order." Still no words from her. She begins the Herculean task of making my pizza. After 5 minutes and countless yawns, the monolithic task is completed. And finally she speaks. "Here you go." Such eloquence. I begin to wonder how to go online and cancel my tip...but that would require more effort on my part than was put into making my pizza. Moral of the story: I'll go back to Papa Murphy's because their pizza is really good; but this sloth of a person just cost other workers of any future tips. IMO, if you want to make tips in the food service industry, GO WAIT TABLES.

Rachel has always been kind of stand of fish however my last visit I encountered Jason he had a bad attitude to the point I had to ask him was there a problem after which he said no then followed me to the door slammed it and locked it. Today I went in a new employee training had to go to the back and get Rachel because she didn’t know how to ring in what I wanted which is understandable if you’re new however Jason came out of restroom? ( door behind register .. didn’t wash his hands didn’t greet me (bald headed white guy with glasses) came out and made my pizza after pulling a pizza from the cooler. Read moreOverall all the employees were extremely nice and respectful. Except one employee with purple hair. I don't know if she was the manager or not. The lid on our salad wasn't secure and salad spilled in our car. We went in to ask if we could get a new one and purple hair laughed and said yeah once you leave not our problem. So I'm out a salad and what was a good experience initially, turned bad real quick. Called to talk to manger because i didnt want to cause a scene and was told yeah she's busy you can call back. They werent busy. I was literally in my car in front of the store. Not going back. Like if she had said it nicer without laughing I would've been well that sucks but ok. She needs to work on herself and pretty sure she is the manager she was in back just sitting there while we ordered.so she most likely is still sitting there doing nothing.
