To start with I haven’t eaten in 48 hrs due to a planned medical procedure… When we left the hospital today - Raising Cane’s chicken fingers came into view and was literally screaming my name as we pulled up to the restaurant. This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the six piece chicken finger dinner- it came with 6 chicken fingers -fries- small side of coleslaw and 1 piece of Texas toast it came with 2 raising cane sauce.I also ordered a large icy cold lemonade to wash it down with. The chicken fingers were crispy, but not overly crispy- they were also very juicy and delicious. The fries were good- coleslaw was one of the best I have had at any restaurant… crunchy and fresh with a little spice to it. The Texas toast was toasty and buttery and also delicious. The sauce is perfect for the chicken - fries and also the bread. I know that part of everything being delicious was because of not eating for 48 hrs. But I would give it 5 stars even not going through the time without eating. I would highly recommend stopping by Raising Canes today for...

In the drive through, my son saw a young lady at the window touching my food with her bare hands. I confronted the young lady, and she had a look of guilt, and said, I didn’t touch it. I just looked at it. Her face said it all! I simply told her that we need to always pray over our food anyway. And went home. But, when I got home and my son showed me how she did it! I found myself very angry😡 so I called to talk to the manager. She said she would check the cameras. And if they see what my son seen, they would then replace my order. Well, of course they took the young girls word and said, she didn’t touch the food. But, my son knows me. And I don’t even like anyone putting their hands in my food. I believe him. So, they took her side. This was the very first time I ever had a problem with this location. Everything has always been amazing, besides for a few small hiccups. But, other then that. I will be watching from now on like a hawk! And that’s if I go back. Cause now I’m turned off. And I spend lots of bread at...

Please save your money and don't go here. Cane's used to be really good, but not anymore. Chicken is overcooked, but edible with the Cane's sauce, which honestly is the best part about them. The fries are terrible. Cold and very hard and dry, impossible to eat so I threw them out. The texas toast I'd fine, but I'd get it buttered and toasted on both sides next time. The service is where I have an issue. The app didn't allow drive-thru pick up as an option so I had to go inside. When I talked to the person at the register they said that my order is there (sitting on a shelf) and I could just take it. That seems ridiculous that they didn't need to verify who I was and I had to get it myself. Anybody could have just came in and picked up my order, it's not that hard to do your job and verify who is picking up the order and hand it to them instead of me doing there job for them. I used to love Cane's but after this I'll tell everyone I know to just go to Chik-fil A or Dave's Hot Chicken any day...

The worst Canes experience ever and I love canes. I get you hate your job but please don’t serve your loyal customers cold food. I get that it’s before closing but I didn’t spend $16 for a cold box of chicken fingers. Also, your hours are very inaccurate. Google says 1AM on weekends but it’s really 11PM. Stop cheating your customers. I ordered the caniac combo and one of the six fingers is literally the size of the sauce container. That’s a chicken nugget, not a chicken tender. Last thing, your employees are rude! I get it that they hate there job so why don’t work elsewhere ?
