I'll start with the good, no one usually does, and when things are good, they are GOOD. We went on New Years Eve at 5:30 pm and were seated almost immediately. We had tickets to an event at 7:30, so this was incredible. The salad bar was well stocked, mostly fresh, and mostly delicious. Being one of the last salad bars still open, it is a kinda an automatic win. The salad bar is worth the visit. There was lots of parking, easy to get in and out, and is well lit. Now on to the bad. The prices have increased significantly since our last visit, which wouldn't be such a kick in the teeth if it was accompanied by the same or better quality of food previously served. That is not the case here. The broccoli and prepared salads at the salad bar were frozen. All of us ordered a drink from the bar, we had to ask 2 times for our drinks before we got them, including ice teas. The waitress only came to us when she had something to drop off, be it bad training or she's new, it was frustrating. Among the meals we ordered, were the 6 oz rib eye, 12 oz rib eye, and scallops dinner. The dinners come with choice of potato, a vegetable costs extra. (Insert eye roll), they were out of baked potatoes (5:30pm remember), they were out of several entree options as well, crab legs being one, and a couple appetizer options. The 6oz rib eye was a very sad excuse of a steak. It was thinner and smaller than a Village Inn breakfast steak. The 12 oz, also almost laughably thin, was ordered medium rare and was served very well. No gravy was available for the mashed potatoes. We did speak to the front of house manager, he stated the vendor changed the steak cuts (insert 2nd eye roll) and they get nothing but complaints. They do offer a dessert for free and took the well done steak off the bill. Before we paid, we asked for to go coffee, we waited a long while, so we assumed they were making a fresh pot. Nope. We all got half a cup of tepid to go coffee. They could certainly use someone to go through regularly with a broom, and overall surface cleaning. The salad bar is worth it, skip everything else. I do mean...
Read moreAbsolutely horrid customer service and has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to get my refund back from Ruby Tuesdays. First time ever going to Ruby Tuesdays, did a curb side order for the BOGO. My order was for a chicken and broccoli pasta and came out super dry. My girlfriend refused the food and went inside and asked for a refund, not paying for dry noodles, epically when it's $20 just for her food alone. Assistant manager says "it's up to the Ruby Tuesday standard and they can't issue a refund, I go in the store and start conversing with said manager. Tells me its up to par and issuing refunds isn't the "Ruby Tuesday way" tell him that's not acceptable and I want a refund.
Tell me why when the manager walks away to go grab the guys email/number for refund a waitress walks up to me and says "omg that looks so bad, I would NOT pay for that." Then she walks to the kitchen to grab us free stuff. I have this on video recorded as well.
If the food was up to the "Ruby Tuesday standard" why's your waitress trying to bring me free stuff for my order??
Assistant manager comes back and Gives me a Florida number (Im in CO for reference) for refund, attempt to call the number 10 times, no answer. Finally responds after 3-4 hours after I leave the store, says he will issue refund and send me a gift card to make up for it, because it was sub par and not a order that should of ever been sent out. This manager ghosted me on the giftcard and on the confirmation of cancellation. All he says in text is "we cancelled the order" Okay, but why's it so hard to get the cancellation email from Ruby Tuesdays? Called the corporate line, left a voice mail, no response. Absolutely horrible customer service. This hard just to get an email saying you all cancelled my order? Will never return. First and most definitely my last trip to Ruby Tuesdays.
Like I'm so deeply sorry I don't trust the guys word who lied to me and ghosted me on sending me the gift card and the confirmation.
I uploaded photos of what I ordered vs what I got. I left my order at the Ruby Tuesdays and did not accept the...
Read moreMy dad and I recently started going here. The place is great and I’m glad we still have an RT, I really wish there were more. I love how the decor remained, it has a very welcoming feeling. And I absolutely love the music they play, all 80s and 90s classics. Most of the staff is great, all the regular servers and cooks seem like great people. Except one server, an older woman. My dad and I went in Monday evening like normal. We are mindful of our budget, so it’s a treat for us when we dine out. We particularly love the RT specials, especially the garden bar, it keeps us coming back. So it was really disheartening when our waitress told us there is no garden bar special on Monday evenings. Up until that point, she was super cheery and happy-go-lucky. But when I asked about the RT daily special, she looked confused. She said there is no special, there’s a lunch special and the time then was about 6pm. Her demeanor changed completely, as if we were stupid for even asking. Since her attitude changed, I didn’t want to argue. There wasn’t anything on the menu I could reference the RT daily specials, she pointed at the menu and said the garden bar is $13.99. So we left. I looked it up on the website right outside the restaurant and it said the Monday garden bar special is all day. So either she’s wrong or the website is wrong. That day, we were told that we were wrong. Let it be known that we really like Ruby Tuesdays. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she didn’t know when the specials were because it’s not explicitly on the menu anywhere. Who knows. But we got the vibe that she didn’t like us. That’s fine....
