Manager with no name tag. I requested to use my reward for a free drink at the speaker. I ordered a drink and the women said I don’t have the powder to make that one I can make a regular iced macchiato. Not once did she apologize that she was out of powder for a popular drink you would think they would had more of that ingredient. The women said let the window know you have a reward. Once I was at the window I said I have a reward as following the directions as the lady said to do. I did purchase more of the treats at the window. So I didn’t think about how much I was spending until I noticed my points were gone and my two gift cards were used and I was trying to refill the app and the app was taking to long. Then I handed her my debit card. I drove off thinking I didn’t get the free drink because on the receipt I paid full price for my drink. I then drove back thru the long drive thru lane and the manager was so rude about the whole ordeal. Not once did she say you didn’t have enough points for that free drink. She took my money and my gift cards and points and pretend that it was the apps fault. When all she had to do in the first place was to say...your points are not enough for the free drink you requested. But I can use the points for something else. Maybe explain the app better then saying you have nothing to do with the APP. Maybe you can learn how the app works and help customers out when needed. Manger with no name tag. Read moreThis is, by far, the single worst Starbucks operation I have ever been to. Three employees and none of them could seem to get anything right nor help one another. It started as I stood at the counter to order and I was told I had to move fewer than 4 feet to the side and had to order in front of the computer. I then spent the next nearly 7 minutes waiting for somebody, even the person who came up to me at the counter and asked me to move to the right, to come take my order. My order was then processed wrong, despite what they had printed on the label and made something else. After several minutes of machinations of what they might replace it with and what they were unwilling to replace it with, because of “inventory“ (even after they had wasted a cup for their “inventory“) They then told me they had run out of what I had ordered and handed me a gift card for the amount I spent. I told him I didn’t want a gift card because I really didn’t want to come back here, but they told me they could not give me a refund. In the end, I have a gift card I won’t use, I’m out the money I spent, and I didn’t get a beverage. Read moreI only ever go to this Starbucks as a last resort due to the green valley ranch location being especially busy most times, and this one being just a bit closer. Every time I’ve gone to this location it never fails that they get my drink wrong. I’m not someone who orders a complicated drink, I order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and only add cold foam on top. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for them to ever add cold foam to my drinks. They input it on my order, it’s on my cup, but not in my drink. It’s not the biggest deal until it happens literally every single time I go to this location, and all I order is one thing. The drink is a shaken drink so when they initially hand it to me, it looks like there might be foam on top and then it settles and there isn’t. On top of it all, only at this location when I order this drink it tastes like they put some sort of coconut in it or something, and it just doesn’t taste good.
