Starbucks — Restaurant in Denver

My boss likes to get the staff coffee when we work on Saturdays. She has us write our order down and gives the sheet to the barista to help minimize mistakes. Today however this location was not able to handle the 5 drinks she ordered. More than one drink was made incorrectly and my boss never even got hers because the staff kept messing it up. They took so long that she had to leave so that she could open her own business. Once we close I will be going in to have them remake my drink as it is no where close to what I ordered and I will be asking for a refund for my boss' drink she never received. With a full staff you should be preforming better than the grocery store locations that have 1/3 the staff. I asked for A Carmel macchiato iced with extra caramel.. when they handed it to me it wasn't like normal so I asked if I could get the extra Carmel and she started explaining you know it's on the side of the cup and blah blah blah I don't care I ask for extra Carmel in there is not some in there I don't care where the Carmel is.... I get my drink back in it literally is 2" of Carmel at the bottom to the point where she couldn't even put the lid back on... And hands it to me dripping and goes you might wanna drink a little... I go to the Starbucks every day almost and I'v never had problems.. I bet she was thinking you want extra Carmel hears your extra Carmel I'm gonna give you half a cup so you to can't even enjoy your drink.. thanks girl... I think i like the early morning...

I came in a Saturday afternoon to finish up some work on my laptop and hate having to find parking off street at other locations so I settled with Starbucks because coffee is coffee and I ain't picky!

Theres ample parking, music is not loud. I came in around 1:30pm and the crowd was just dying down and had a couple tables left.

The gentleman working the register has the best energy and a great attitude. As I was working on my laptop, I saw him attend to a disabled women with so much patience and kindness. He spoke to her in a normal tone as he would anyone else and engaged conversation with her for at least 20 minutes helping her decide on her selection. Excellent...
