Taco River — Restaurant in Denver

I like this place it is good and great deals. Although today I was hit with a surprise. I ordered 8 tacos (2 orders) and was given 1 red and 1 green salsa. I asked for 2 more (1 of each) and she told me they charge for more Salsa. She said you only get 1 salsa for 4 tacos. This has never been the case, I understand if they change but to give me 1 salsa and have to choose which one for 4 tacos is absurd. She said I can get 3 for a 1 dollar. NO THANK YOU! This may be the end of going here. I am disappointed more than anything. The cups are probably 1/2 oz. I have never had this told to me at any other restaurant...

The food is not bad but they always mess up my combination plate. I ordered a combination plate with quesadilla, burrito, rice and beans... I received only a quesadilla without the plate. This is the 3rd time it's happened and I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant again. Perhaps get new staff members that reads orders properly. Edit: after reading the negative reviews I wish I knew what was going on before ordering and now I'm definitely not coming back.

I’m always skittish when I ask for no raw onion no cilantro and no spicy salsa as the cashier looks at me like “that’s half the burrito lady” but the cashier and the chef took note of my petition and my asada burrito was excellent. It was perfect without cilantro that tastes like aqua net to the lung and no spicy raw onion and salsa that literally knock the wind out of me. I might be allergic. It feels like it.
