Soft Launch Experience at Tasty Thai Restaurant
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars)
I recently had the most amazing time at the soft launch of Tasty Thai Restaurant, and I just had to share my experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was instantly drawn in by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy yet stylish decor created the perfect setting for a delightful evening.
What really impressed me was the convenient location and easy parking. It's always a relief when you don't have to stress about finding a parking spot, and Tasty Thai Restaurant made it incredibly simple. I was able to focus on enjoying my evening without any worries.
Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely phenomenal! The flavors and aromas were so authentic, it felt like I had been transported straight to Thailand. Each dish was a burst of deliciousness, meticulously prepared with the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail and the passion for Thai cuisine were evident in every bite.
But it wasn't just the food that made this experience exceptional. The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their genuine hospitality truly made the evening even more enjoyable.
I also have to mention the soft launch event itself. It was flawlessly executed, with every detail carefully thought out. The staff managed the event seamlessly, making sure that all guests were well taken care of. The combination of great food, wonderful service, and a cozy ambiance created an unforgettable experience.
I highly recommend Tasty Thai Restaurant. If you're looking for an authentic Thai cuisine, this is the place to be. The inviting atmosphere, convenient location, mouthwatering food, and outstanding service all come together to create a truly memorable evening. I can't wait to return and explore more of their incredible menu.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable...
Read moreI really really want to like this place. First and foremost, the food is good. Really, really good. Everything I've tried has been excellent. But this is where it starts going south for me. The service/management(?). When they first opened, they were open every day with the same hrs. But then they changed it to closed between 3-4. But then they were closed on a Saturday 3 weeks ago( or so). It would be nice if they updated that on their website. That leads into Two; price differences from their website and in store. And when it comes to any mods, don't count on it via website. There is a description towards the end where you can request changes. I've ordered 3 times that way. (Stopped by and ordered another twice off the street.)Only once, the last time; they actually changed it and I strongly believe it was only because I called and left a message shortly after. And when I came in to pick it up, I asked if they make smoothies..I was told, 'No, only boba'. I was ok, I'll take two coconut bobas with no boba. She told the kitchen person 2 coconut bobas with no boba. Like a slushy she said. Or a smoothie. Not really a difference between them, one has boba, the other not. Just found that annoying. Anyway, after I paid for them, I thought they charged too much. So I checked their website and it has em at 5.50 each. I paid 7.00 each. I pointed it out to the counter lady and she responded "my manager was supposed to fix that BEFORE he went on vacation." Which apparently was over 2-3 weeks ago, because I checked it out over about 2 weeks ago and saw the same price. She then pulled out her phone and presided to ignore me until my SMOOTHIES was ready. The right thing would have been to refund me the $3 or offer me something to compensate. The atmosphere is nothing special. It's nice inside, but not that "special". That doesn't matter to me. Only the food...
Read moreThe service- I put in an online take out order that said food would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up on time, was told "it would be a few more minutes". No dine-in customers were seated when I arrived. I had to sit there in a booth for ANOTHER HOUR before my food was ready! No exaggeration. Other take out customers were there losing their minds as well. One customer very politely asked when he could expect his food, and the young lady at the front snapped back in a very short tone, "they're still working on it!" The lady never once offered an update, a free appetizer, or even a glass of water for making us sit there for an hour after waiting the expected 45 minutes. Then when the food was given to me, it seemed like something was missing. I asked the girl, "are you sure everything is in this bag?" "Yep", was the reply. Good thing I verified before leaving, because two entrees were missing, and she was about to mistakenly give the missing items to another take out customer. Not a good look for a new restaurant. The food- Decent. Two of us ordered Thai hot. Definitely not even close to Thai hot. Also smaller portions than many Thai restaurants. The food definitely wasn't worth the trouble of the customer service. Too many good Thai options in town to put...
