I recently dined at Texas de Brazil this location to be exact! My first experience was with my wife we had a great time and the food was amazing anyways we took my wife sister to try it out cause we been telling her how good the food was. Cut long story short we went their all 3 of us sit started to make us a plate from buffet food was good asual. We sat and watch this one guy that was bringing meat around walked by us like 3 times!! We watched him walked by us literally served every single table around us thatās whosoever wanted whatever he was serving, bear in mind our cards were on GREEN but he failed to acknowledge us anyways my sister-in-law started to asked us why he kept walking by us I was like donāt pay him any attention. Few minutes later he finally stopped by us and looked at us like you want this or not āI asked him what was he servingā he looked at us crazy then said steak so I said āI will take piece, thank you ā he cut me a slice then my wife turned to him and said she wanted a different flavor steak he looked bothered but he went back for another piece of steak and came back to our table, he noticed that I didnāt eat the steak he gave me cause I placed it on a plate in front of us cause I never liked the taste of it! This guy turned to me said if I donāt want something I should say it and donāt take it and waste it!! I didnāt answer cause I know the type of person I am I hate disrespect and the moment I answered him and he say something smart it wouldāve caused a scene!! I donāt know what to do with disrespect I bite my lips cause I didnāt wanted to cause a scene with my family cause we just wanted to have a good time so I made it slide!! As soon as he left our table he went the kitchen you know where they grilled all the meat I noticed him pointing in my direction to the other cooks in the kitchen you can tell from his face and body language that he was pissed and saying something disrespectful. I called the manager and reported him but never again going back to this place we were supposed to go with a group of friends in may but I wonāt be going back!! I feel disrespected and clearly this guy acting like I am obligated to eat whatever I take or even try it! I didnāt feel welcome after that I got up and tell my family they can stay and finish I will wait outside in the car but I canāt continue to eat from these people!! When it comes to food when the chef donāt like you MAKE SURE NOT TO EAT ANYTHING FROM THEM!! YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH THAT FOOD WHEN YOU NOT LOOKING!! God bless the young manager that came over though I respect you! But I couldnāt stay after the disrespect that chef pulled off pointing at us...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt saddens me to write such a disappointing review about Texas De Brazil in Denver at 8390 Northfield Blvd Ste 1800, Denver, CO 80238. My husband took my son and me for my 40th birthday dinner on Sunday, January 26th. He made reservations for us ahead of time and let them know that it was for my birthday. I have no idea why they even have the option of letting them know if you are coming in for a special occasion since no one in the restaurant acknowledged it or even offered dessert at the end of our meal. We should have known it was about to be a bad experience when we first sat down. The host sat us in the back next to the restrooms. Once we sat, we asked our server, Michelle, if we would be able to pay the kid's amount for my husband, who just recently has gone through gastric bypass surgery, and we showed her the official medical card. She went to get a manager, David, who showed no sympathy towards my husband and said they couldnāt do so since it was company policy. However, he didnāt explain the company policy or even look at the medical card. We were nice about it and stayed. Michelle, the server, stood within 2 feet of our table and stared at us eating our meal. The manager was also staring in our direction for a bit from a little farther distance. I asked Michelle, the server if there was a reason she was standing so close to our table watching us. She immediately responded with an attitude that she was watching the table next to us since they were paying their bill, and she has had people run out on their bill, and then she gets in trouble that is her section, so she needs to stay there. I explained that trying to enjoy our meal with her so close was uncomfortable, just staring at us. She didnāt care and stayed there the rest of the time we ate. The food was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but Michelleās and Davidās horrible customer service completely ruined my birthday. We have gone to Fogo de ChĆ£o Brazilian Steakhouse in the past, and they have understood and honored my husbandās medical card. There's nothing like being made to feel like a criminal when paying over $60 per person for dinner at Texas De Brazil. Due to both Michelle, the server, and David, the manager, we will NO longer be going back to...
