Let's start with the good it is a cute bar that is run down. If that is the atmosphere you are looking for this is it. Now that's the only thing saving this place. As for food I would give it zero stars but the fries are okay. Half are warm and crispy, half were stuck together and soggy. I will give some credit to them as the food came out together. As for the rest of the food. The chefs salad is 4 cups of romaine lettuce topped with 4 slices of thin cut deli meat and a handful of pre shredded cheddar cheese. This salad is worth less then the food I would find in a 7-11. The ruben something in my opinion is impossible to mess up. The chef found a way to trash it. This was burned rye bread topped with about 3 thin slices of store bought meat. And a single slice of cheese. The sandwich was soggy on half and hard as the plate on the other. Thankfully they messed up half my sandwich and the cook remade one half. This second sandwich was just hard on both sides. As for the French dip. This is equal to a 711 roast beef sandwich pulled out of the plastic and threw under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. This is served with 1/4 cup of water and a sprinkle of beef powder. Now to round the whole meal out we had a okay server she brought us the food but was rude from the start. Remember that they do auto tip for you 20%. I'm guessing this is because no one leaves a tip at this restaurant so they...

Recently, a second incarnation of ownership has cleaned up Brooklyn's fond sports memorabilia, removing a must stop museum from my outof towner itinerary. Beer has caught up in price a good couple of bucks to the consession of mile high. . . booooo. Hiss. . although preparty can still happen affordably, like all true bronco fans we canr let go of the past. . .when we were almost there in every catagory we are not now. Winning a superbowl. . or two has come at a high cost for this first and last stop of old. Although i must admit tge food is good at botg locals. . .and tge she she new place by tge pepsi center- 20years old i guess. . still new to me. . . is a cracking spot for hockey pregame- or cant afford tge game but want to celebrate as close as possible. Really hope brooklyns can harness its orange crush glory as the former heavy weight title "best sports bar in five states" . long before the term sports bar was a thing in this cow town. . keep tge prices where you must, Brooklyn's! Open your silvery coffers anf slather your walls with old photos and crusty denver bears Jerseys. . we need you back after battling actual traffic and 20 buck parking. I feel bad even writting this knowing i might hurt a feelong or too. But this hollowed ground is too important for...

I visited this place early one Sunday afternoon. The temperature outside was in the single digits, it was snowing, with 5 inches already accumulated, when I pulled into the parking lot I saw two other cars, partially cover with snow, so I want sure if they were even open. I walked around to the front entrance, walked in sand saw the bartender sitting at the bar chatting with the server, apparently the two who were in staff that afternoon, and me their only customer. These two were quite personable and we chatted quite a lot while I was there. I had the French Dip with onion rings, and it was tasty. As my meal was coming to a close two more parties, one a family of four, including 2 school aged children, and a man and a woman probably in the mid- forties arrived to get something to eat. It was a nice place, and the food was good, and the staff friendly and...

Brooklyn is a hidden gem. We try to enjoy a meal there a few times every summer. The menu is littered with comfort food. Much of it is fried. All of it is quite good. If I had a complaint it would be that the beer selection could be broader. The atmosphere is wonderful. It is what it one time was known as the Colfax neighborhood, in Denver. There are three options for dining two patios and one indoors. The large patio is very shady and quite Pleasant. During the week the weight is not too long. The proximity to whatever they call Broncos stadium these days is close enough that game days are out of the question for dining unless you are up for a long wait. Dogs are welcome on the patio. Parking is plentiful. Should you choose not to take your car public transport comes within walking distance.

Last week, when the weather was actually nice, we decided to go to Brooklyn's for a work lunch and sat out on the patio. Located as close as possible to the Bronco's field, most people have at least driven by this place. They have a large parking lot, but the striping is a little hit or miss. The interoir decor is "old school hole in the wall bar", but the patio has a more fresh atmosphere. I ordered the cobb salad. It was pretty good. It didn't come with much dressing, so I had to ask for a second. I feel that their pub fare, burgers, and sandwiches would be something that they're more known for. I would definitely go back to try any of those.

Went here as a kid before Bronco games and decided to take my daughter before Sunday's game(11-14). Not a good experience. They pack people in like sardines. I was elbow to elbow with the table next to us Food was ok(very expensive). Ordered a queso and chips for 9.00 and got a very small cup of cheese(pictured). After the meal I asked for the check. It took asking 4 times and 35 minutes before they brought it. May need to find a new pre game restaurant.
