Cashier Mariyah, was the cause of our worst experience at this location. After ordering our food, 10 wings and fries, we were told that it would be a 20 min wait. She handed us the receipt and then walked outside to the front to meet her friends & boyfriend who were parked in the fire lane. Mariyah then decided it would be a great & most hygenic idea to make out with her boyfriend at the window in plain view of everyone, all while the establishment was full & even had customers standing waiting for food. After 20 min, Mariyah came back inside but only to pick up an order of food & proceed back outside to give the food to her group of friends. Mind you, this could be seen by all the customers inside through the large glass front. After another 10 min, Mariyah came back in to pick up another order of food for a waiting customer outside. Again, she did not return to tend to an establishment full of paying customers, unlike the group of friends who only came in for soda & never paid, instead she went back outside to make out with her boyfriend. 40 min... At this point we had had enough & went up to the cashiers stand to ask why our food was taking so long. Mariyah decided to come back in completely nonchalant and ask what we needed. I told her we have been waiting nearly 40 min for our 10 wings & wanted to know if they were almost ready. No reason nor apology, Mariyah turns around, fills our order and hands us our food. Again no apology, or thank you for coming... just an attitude as if we were inconvienencing her & her time. We were regular, local cusromers, but after dealing with this we will surely not be coming back. This just goes to show what type of training this location provides. 👎 Mariyah needs immediate training on proper hygiene & customer service...

I gotta start by saying this review comes from a place and love and understanding. I'll start with the tough part first.

This has been one of the worst Wingstops that I've ever encountered when it comes to consistency and quality. I ordered 20 classic wings in Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey, and Cajun Flavors along with a ranch and veggie sticks. When I got home to eat, my garlic Parmesan wings looked like Original..no Parmesan, no garlic, just wings tossed in maybe butter? Idk it was oily though. I was also given a drum that honestly looked like a bite was already taken out of it. (See photos). The hot honey wings looked like they were given just a dash of seasoning. I was overjoyed when I got a bite that had it. And last, the Cajun wings..if you've ordered these you KNOW the smell. This was severely lacking that classic Cajun rub smell...when I opened the box I found out why. There wasn't any! That's right folks, classic buffalo is what I got. At least these had some flavor I guess.

While my order was ready for pickup within the quoted timeframe, I would not have minded if actually seasoning my food took a bit longer. And hey I get it, maybe there was poor communication from the staff, someone just forgot, hell, maybe even there was a new person on shift. In any event, it was some of the worst in terms of quality.

Now did eat a majority of them? Yes, I did. I was hungry and didn't want to take another 10mins to drive and wait another 20mins for a new batch. The lesson I learned? Always open the boxes before you leave the lot. I really hope this was a one-off, because the service was decent ( I was greeted and handed my order pretty quickly) and the restaurant...

Went for the hot box combo 7 times and each time (except last night) they were awesome. I got 7 drums and a wing, with a grease filled box, ranch spilled in the bag and terrible service upon arrival. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes the guy that came to the counter started to fake answering phone calls while checking out his register to not help customers, then he proceeds to act as if I need my roommate and my own picture order verification for food. Afterwards a girl comes ask for the names and gives me bags that were sitting on the shelf the whole 20 minutes I was there. Don't have teenage boys working with teenage girls that only try entertaining each other instead of customers. My friend had his two hot box combos and a 20 piece messed up and they acted as if he messed up the food or put all the grease in his wing containers, please address this location and bring some semblance of professionalism to this location. People pay decent hard earned money for food that is supposed to consistently pleasing to the pallet and don't have time to go back or wait for another order to get made as we all have lives. Please do something to assure customers aren't constantly getting screwed with no recourse because they don't have time to fight with...

I placed an order for a chicken sandwich combo, the manager who took my order stated my order would be ready in 18 minutes. I waited longer than 18 minutes in the lobby watching everyone who ordered after me receive their order ,after 30 minutes of waiting for my name to be called, I finally walked up to the counter and saw my food just sitting there ready , which seemed like it had been sitting there however the manager purposely skipped over my order. she bagged it up and handed it to me rudely . When I received my food I inspected it prior to eating. I saw a cooked dead fly on my chicken sandwich. I showed the manager and assistant manager who stated they will give me a refund, started laughing at me and talking about me in Spanish. Poor food with fly attached and poor customer service. Also not to mention the restaurant had flies flying everywhere and the place is not clean. This location needs to be inspected for food safety, sanitation and employee behavior.

Which I already knew was a lie. I aimed to be there at 8:00 pm. They give us five minutes when I’m there to pick up at 8. They start bringing out bags and calling out names so I’m waiting for my name to be called too. It’s now 8:25, I’m now starving. I ask what’s up with my order. The worker looks through the whole shelf of orders, goes to the back to check, comes back, then MIRACULOUSLY. They find my order nustled in there, second row of the shelf, Obviously has been there since I got there. Even if it wasn’t, they really called out everyone else’s name as the orders came out, but not mine? Cherry on top, they were terribly made wings, these are practically plain with a touch of hot sauce. Not coming back to this one! I’ll be going to others. This used to be the good one too!
