Arby's — Restaurant in Derby

I would really rate the meal better, but sitting inside eating at 6:30 p.m. they started sweeping floors. That was bad enough, until the one with the mop dip into the lifted the mop out of the water without wringing it out. Started mopping with the mop, drops of water going every which way. My son's shirt had water droplets on the back and my lower Jean leg was spotted, if I had been given my register receipt managment would have got this in a phone call. Then at the time he was talking to the people in kitchen area about how none of the other workers did this job right. The very best part of it was probably the fact they pulled the trash cans, which we were sitting in front of. But they had the front of the store totally soaked with caution wet floor signs up. By the I am an amputee wet floors are a very dangerous fall risk. But front of store was swept, mopped, and trash cans pulled. I FELT LIKE I WAS MAKING STAY A LITTLE LATE. WE LEFT ABOUT 7:15...

Staff seemed like they did not care. Not friendly. , what made it drop in stars ? No FRICKEN ARBYS SAUCE AT ALL. SANDWHICHES ARE WORTHLESS WITHOUT IT. The half pound looked weak more like quarter pound. DAUGHTER WAS TOLD WHEN SHE PICKED UP OUR ONLINE ORDER NO ARBYS SAUCE. I WAS REALLY WANTING THAT HALF POUND SANDWHICH. It's an Arby's. There's really nothing about it that makes it any better or any worse than any other Arby's. But I can't give an Arby's more than a three-star rating because they no longer carry my favorite sandwich, the Arby-Q. Yeah, the Smokehouse Brisket is pretty good, but it's got a premium price and not enough meat on it to warrant that price, in my opinion. Jamocha shakes are still awesome, though.
