Food was good (As only option in the local area). Service was terrible and worst service in all possible ways. The waitress there was seeming so rude and was not able to cope up with the orders. We waited for our food for about half an hour and that’s okay as food was good. But once the order is on the table, she was not even listening or taking note if we needed anything else. We asked for basic items like salt and pepper, napkins that should be on the table and she wasn’t able to grab that for us even after asking twice. And it’s not the end of this unprofessional behavior. She gave us our check and did not even visit back to get the check. We waited another 15 mins just to pay the check. Isn’t it the height of unprofessional conduct. I would rate in negative for service if I had the chance. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Not recommended to anyone specially due to lack of server management and...
Read moreWe had an amazing experience our first visit at the new El Rodeo. The server Christina is truly exceptional. She was such a pleasure, knew the menu and drinks extremely well (and only being there a short while), and also had us laughing a few times. I have a 4 year hospitality degree and have worked in hospitality since 2008 and she definitely was amazing.
The food was great! I had Pepe’s Combo which was a good amount of food for the price ($14.50 pictured).
Also had the patron margarita which was amazing. They do not use a mix in this, it’s all hand crafted. Usually margs are too sweet for me but this was just right.
Atmosphere is beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing as well. Like everything was done with a thought/purpose in mind.
If I had to find a negative, the facilities in the men’s room were awkwardly low to the ground. I’ve never seen anything...
Read morePretty disappointed in our experience here. Ate here tonight with my family and the consensus was that the French fries were the best part. The food came and we waited another 7-8 minutes while our food got cold before we got silverware or napkins.
I ordered the Cancun burrito, which should have come with beef tips but instead was served with flavourless ground beef. The waitress said they would take 25% off of the item but instead upon looking at the receipt saw that they discounted our bill $1.98.
My husband ordered carne asada and his “steak” was basically two very thin, overcooked pieces of what you would find in a cheesesteak.
My mother-in-law also found her Panchos tacos to be flavourless, dry ground beef as well.
Extremely disappointed and we won’t...
