Cocoa Beanery At Hershey Lodge — Restaurant in Hershey

I got a bacon/egg/cheese from here and an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t anything to write home about. While it had a good amount of bacon on it, it was soft and didn’t seem like it was great quality. The iced vanilla latte on the other hand wa a great. Perfect espresso taste mixed with the oat milk. Meh. We go the brewed coffee, wasn’t too bad but for $6 I would rather support a local business. The muffins tasted old, I am pretty sure it was the same muffins that were in the display on Friday. Today is Sunday. The guy that helped us was more concerned with flirting with the staff than assisting us. The service was pleasant enough, but the quality of the foods and beverages were terrible. In fact, inedible. We tossed 2 of the items in the trash because the taste was so bad. Unfortunately, from what I have noticed, anything 'Hershey Entertainment' related foods and beverages shops are far too mass produced to offer authenticity to the foods, leaving them tasting fake and plastic-like.
