Stacks at Hershey Lodge gives the people what they want! We enjoyed an egg-cellent breakfast yesterday morning and my search for the perfect cheese omelet, hashbrowns and toast is complete. Savy, our server, was wonderful and so attentive. They didn't have a simple cheddar omelet on the menu but Savy made sure I received that. For $44 without tip included, we had the cheese omelet with hashbrowns, wheat toast added, tomato/bacon/cheddar omelet with mushrooms added and with the hashbrowns, coffee and soda. The omelets were massive and cooked so well, you will eat every bite and not go home hungry. The hashbrowns are unbelievably tasty, seriously - delicious! Salty and crispy perfection. I wished we had one more each! The restaurant is simple, clean, a bit loud at times but it's a lively, fun diner. There is bar seating, tables and booths. I'd recommend adding barbecue sauce to the menu to expand the condiments, but that's my only note. Really, breakfast was wonderful. Thank you Savy for your service and to Stacks at Hershey Lodge for one of the best breakfasts we've had out in years! We sincerely look forward to returning.

We have visited this restaurant for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. The service here is always exceptional and so is the food. The Hershey Grill is located next to the Hershey Lodge and is a great location for dinner when visiting Hershey. They offer really good food and even have chocolate butter. We were fortunate to have Mandy as our waitress and she did a very good job making sure all went during our recent visit to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16. Mandy even made very good chocolate ketchup which is not on the menu and only created now by request. The chef too did a fantastic job converting our sweet 16 cake to be beautifully decorated. We had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice restaurant that has been here a long time and has gone through many changes to what it is today. Today it is a more 'fancier' restaurant with a little touch of grill that makes it a nice visit for just about anyone. Their menu is decent sized but not overwhelming. That makes it a little more specialized and the items they make can taste a little better versus having thousands of items that are just like every other restaurant on road. But the environment is nice, the waiter we had was 'ok' and the prices seemed on par with sandwich prices ranging from 8 to 15 dollar and dinner prices ranging from 20-30 dollars. The kids menu is decent sized with all meals encompassing. I would visit here again.

I went to this place twice in one day. Breakfast service was clean, quick, and wonderfully friendly. I went again for lunch having felt good about service and walked in to an unhappy waitress apparently held past her shift and an ENTIRE STAFF tasting new menu items on the front line, all while serving other guests. No one washed their hands and the other chef proceeded to finish my food and handed it to a waitress who ate food and didn't wash her hands. Not to mention when I asked to speak to the manager about the waitress who just ate something with mushrooms (which I am allergic to), I was then immediately disregarded and apparently sent the chef. A Chef who told me to tell them about food allergies before I order (I ordered nothing with mushrooms and a cold salad) and that this was 'normal practice' . He then proceeded to tell me if indeed I was allergic then that would be my fault. Your waitress and your staff ate a food that is not even on your menu, And didn't wash their hands and then handled my food after touching their mouths. That was my issue and it was never even addressed. Needless to say my husband and I walked out. We did eat a bruscetta that was a greasy pile of some meat and blue cheese. Worst dining experience I have ever...

My husband ordered spinach salad and I had the Mediteranian, both salads with chicken. Husband's had way too much salad dressing and when he told the waitress the peppermill wasnt working she just shrugged. We had to borrow one from the next table! The Mediteranian was listed on the menu as having arugula and romaine lettuce, in that order. One would expect there to be more arugula than romaine. Not the case. It was 9/10 romaine. It listed goat cheese (or feta, can't remember which) on the salad. In any case, there may have been a level teaspoon of cheese, if that! Very chintzy on the cheese! There was supposed to be roasted tomatoes and there were only a couple of small wedges of fresh. We paid $32 with tax for these 2 salads and boy do we feel ripped off. Oh, did I tell you my husband mentioned he liked the taste of McDonalds chicken better than what we got on this! It did not taste fresh grilled. Maybe it was reheated out of a package. On a positive note the outside patio with the stream, waterfall and flowers was lovely. The salad dressings were fabulous. Olives were very good and the whole grain french bread with chocolate and sweet cream butter was outstanding. For those reasons I, at least,...

Good food, improved menu, fast service but big mistake was charging our credit card not only for our breakfast (~ $40 for two ) but for another table’s order (over $60). Waitress should have noticed that she was giving us more than one bill. We did and pointed it out and we got a mumbled “sorry” from her and the manager to whom we complained on the way out. She tried to explain that the register gets confused with similar numbers etc. They took our card again to delete the erroneous charges but there was no offer of compensation like even a free coffee, even after we pointed out that this was a rather big mistake ($100 for breakfast for two!?) Wait staff and management need to learn to check their receipts, to accept their mistakes openly (ok, mistakes happen but you should try to prevent them and then accept responsibility when they do) and offer to make it right rather than just an embarrassed “we’re sorry, machine’s fault”. We had to check our credit card statement twice to make sure it was taken off. We’re local and were planning on frequenting this place since the food is good. But will be cautious from now on and reconsider. I have a lot of associates at the med ctr across the road and...
