Arrived at the restaurant to buy lunch on the weekend. There was lots of parking to choose from. Lots of handicap parking near the doors. My legally blind father was able to go inside without any issues. The restaurant wasn't dingy and dark. There were lots of lights that were bright.
Pizza Hut wasn't busy until after we arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon on Sunday.
Chairs were still on a few of the bigger tables. We had to put them on the floor. The chairs were heavy. The table booths were dirty and not cleaned. A big trash can was over filled with trash.
We had to order at the register once we arrived. The guy seemed impatient about us taking our time to order due to not knowing what we wanted. He was polite. They had 1 menu at the register to look at. After ordering you payed for your bill. I tipped the guy because it was a suggestion as i paid. I guess you really don't have to tip. We paid around 55.00 for 5 of us to get water, pizza, and cinnamon rolls.
The 5 of us each ordered a personal pan pizza and a box of cinnamon rolls. Was enough for 5 people. The cinnamon rolls were extremely tiny. They didn't have any cups for water. Had to buy bottle water.
The pizza came out in boxes. Gave us paper plates and napkins to use after we ask. There are no extra seasons to use on the pizza. The food was fresh and hot.

Read moreOrdered 2 medium pepperoni PAN pizzas but saw after my family already started eating that it was not pan pizza but hand tossed. We were charged extra for pan pizza (which is better than hand tossed because, as you can see by the picture of what we got, the hand tossed is incredibly thin and basically crispy, sauce soaked grease biscuits) and we did not get what we paid for.
When I called to see what can be done about the mistake since I was already home, Rodney (who said they were a supervisor/manager) told me that a $10 credit will be associated with my phone number for my next order for that location. I have never heard of them doing this and the credit does not show up on the app, so I am wondering how to redeem it. If the credit goes through the next time I order, I will update this review, but it didn't sound like Rodney cared at all about their employees mistake.
As for the pizza itself, since it was hand tossed, i personally didn't like it. There were globs of sauce on some slices and next to none on the others. It looked like we had extra pepperoni than normal, so they might have switched our order with someone else. My wife will eat anything so she was happy regardless.

We waited 18 minutes before going to the restraunt.There was a car in line for pickup We waited approximately 5 minutes behind the first car. When the car pulled away we pulled up to the window and waited for over 14 minutes without even being acknowledged. During this time we never saw a single employee. We understand that everyone is short staffed but to be ignored is not acceptable. We knocked on the window, we called the restraunt the first time we were pit directly on hold without even a greeting, the second time we called the employee said I will check on it in a second and hang up us when we said we were sitting at the drive through for an extended period. Approximately two minutes later someone poked thier head out of the kitchen which was the first employee we saw and then another minute later another employee came to the window and handed us our order. No apology for the wait, nothing. The inside was closed for dining so they were only waiting on drive through customers. Also our order appeared to be ready the whole time we were waiting as we saw he take it from the warming cabinet which no one put anything in while we were waiting at the drive through so that means it was put in before we pulled up to the window.
