Me and my mom went to this location tonight to get something to eat. She sent me in to grab 2 sandwiches, 2 curly fries and 2 drinks, all of which were included in a coupon. When I got in there, there was a man in there waiting for his food. I patiently waited for someone to take my order. As I waited, I could hear the employees bickering about what to make and how fast they need to make it. After a few minutes, the man tells me that he has been here for 10 minutes before I came in and that this is ridiculous. We wait some more before a man comes to the counter and takes my order. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to enter the coupon code so he waits for someone who does, to come help him. After they have taken my order, the man tells the male employee that he wants to speak to management because he just saw his food go to someone at the drive-thru and that he wants a refund. Management never came but he did get his refund after almost ten more minutes. A couple behind me was dining in and got their food sooner than me. My food was done after waiting almost 20 minutes for it. They seemed to be more concerned with the people who were sitting at the drive-thru than the people waiting inside. Read moreI came in at 7:00pm. After 17 minutes of waiting in a drive thru, I pulled up to the window to receive my two fish and large shake. The lady at the window barked for my money, handed the shake and change to me and then proceeded to tell me it would take 5-7 minutes to cook and I needed to get out of the drive by pulling forward to an adjacent lot and waiting. She promptly turned away and shut the door.
Normally, this is part of fast food, but fish only takes 5 or so minutes in a fryer to cook. Why did it take 17 minutes to realize I will eventually need my order?
I went inside to void the fish aspect of my order and pay for my shake. Of the $9.80 order, I was only given $3.49. I guess my vanilla shake costs $6.31? Ok. So I got shafted some money too.
There is no way that 22+ minutes is acceptable to still not have food ready. I could have gone to Culvers and received hot fish quicker.
I love Arbys, which is why I give it two stars. But this was too much on my visit to not list.

When you place an online order they tell you the online order does not come through until 5 minutes before you are supposedly, suppose to be there to pick up your order. We arrived at 5:32 p.m. the drive-thru gal told us to come back in 10 minutes and it’d be ready. Keep in mind we came back in 10 minutes and our food was cold. All Jada could do (the manager) apologized couldn’t even offer to give you fresh food. I called and complained. Our receipt is time stamped that they readied our food at 5:35 p.m. Due to poor service and cold food we will not be coming back. We have gone to other Arby’s and our food has been ready before we were supposed to pick up our food. I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate.
