I had the most awful experience tonight I waited in line first of all for 15 minutes for them to take my order then I waited for another 20 minutes for my food to be wrong completely wrong so we go we look at our food and we drive back around to the drive-thru we go up to the window and we reorder our food the manager comes to the window and ask is what we want we tell him we he makes it for us we go and we look at it we open it up the containers are complete full of grease unsanitary then we open it up and there's a hair in the food so we said to the guy we don't want this food we said there's a hair in it and my husband has worked in the food industry for over 20 years and he told them that you're supposed to wear something on your head to prevent hair from falling in the food and the manager proceeded to tell my husband that is not bebop's policy well let's just see how the health department feel about bebops not no hair net policy worst experience ever will never eat...
   Read moreThe food is good WHEN ITS MADE CORRECTLY. Yesterday my co worker went and was accused of using counterfeit money when it was straight from the atm @ Verdian bank. They didn't want to return it either for "evidence" his bank teller told him the employees just wanted to keep the $20 and were using the marker too heavily causing the mark to darken instead of being light. This store is the worst. The staff don't listen, i always say no pickle and yet theres always pickles. Even if its on the receipt! you will get interrupted while ordering or asked multiple times to repeat it. Even if you speak loudly and clear for some reason orders are always messed up. Go to the one on Fleur instead!    Read moreEnded up backing out of the drive through after placing the order and waiting for 14 minutes and asking cars behind me to move all cuz the manager didn't please the customer at the window and getting them outta there so the rest of us could get our food. It's not like they were ordering steak it's a burger and fries..... all day long. Maybe throw in a shake and tell them to have a nice day. There's no reason it should have been people backing out of the drive thru and leaving. Or maybe have customers go to the other side and get food and then continue with the person at the window if you are still worried about the burger and fries they're not going to leave the window without.
