Ordered 4 Cheese Loaded Cheesesticks x2 with my pizza order tonight. They sent me regular cheesesticks with marinara under the cheese. I ordered like I always do, I didn't ask for extra marinara or anythjng like that.
It took forever for my first order to arrive and my DoorDash driver had texted me to tell me they messed something up and had to remake it.
So we're not having a good start at all. But I always want to give them a chance to make things right because we're all human and we all make mistakes right?
Well, I called and the cashier girl was very nice about the whole thing and said she'd have them remake the order. Again, I was clear that it is the 4 Cheese Loaded Cheesesticks.
I picked up my order and the cashier girl (who again was very nice) went back to the kitchen to grab my order. A portly Hispanic looking fellow in the back makes a comment along the lines of "Oh the one that dudn't want the extra marinara" sarcastically. I ignored it because I wasn't going to entertain such a childish comment. I paid for a couple of drinks I had picked out and took the corrected order and left.
I open my box and it's regular cheesesticks again, minus the sauce. Whatever at this point. You pay a $2 premium on the "loaded" cheesesticks and you get regular cheesesticks. Apparently it's extremely difficult understanding the difference between the two.
Cashier girl thank you for being nice and trying, I appreciate it. Husky guy, c'mon brother people pay good money for their food and I don't think it was appropriate to be making that kind of comment because you got called out for your mistakes. Who orders marinara directly on their cheesesticks? If there's even an option for that, I never clicked on it.

Read moreThis Casey's has to be one of the most pathetic gas stations I've ever been to. They will have you waiting in line for at least 5-10 minutes when there's only 3 customers!!!! They have at least 5 workers but ONLY ONE person running a register meanwhile the rest are staring at you not doing a thing but saying to each other "man it's really busy". They refuse to help and get the lines going in order for customers to get in and out. They ALSO have no IDEA what their OWN rewards program is about it's down right sad. I have at least 10,000 Casey's rewards and they continuously tell me that the rewards can't be used for milk, energy drinks etc., then the next day a different person WILL accept it? Makes no sense. This is why I call "Casey's" 'STAY-seys.' because of how awful the customer service is; it will have you STAYING there all day.
