Everytime I go to this which is why I stopped not only can you tell if they don't even want to be at work today by their attitudes on the speaker when you're ordering to the attitude to get at the window it doesn't matter what day it is or what time if it's if it's the lady on the morning shift you know it's going to be attitude all the way that's why I stopped going here if you want to go somewhere go to Mayala on the corner of fleur and Stanton it's a brand new family-owned coffee place right next to Subway and it has outstanding coffee at a very reasonable they have it themed around their home country I believe it may be greased but I could be wrong but this place is a must go to do spend your money at these give you attitude big corpse-like Dunkin donuts support your local businesses with your heart working family-owned so please choose this other coffee place over these big conglomerates you won't be disappointed I don't know about you but I'd rather spend my money somewhere where people act like they appreciate my business then somebody that treats me like I'm bothering them trying to order from their establishment...
Read moreTerrible experience. The two ladies working were extremely rude to my mom. She gets a lot of cream in her coffee but it's always still hot when she gets it. I know because I drink mine the same exact way. This time when she received her coffee it was cold which means the coffee was not fresh. When she went back in to tell them it was cold the lady argued that it's going to be cold from getting as much cream as she did. My mom explained that she's been getting her coffee this way for years (as have I) and that while she agreed the cream does cool it down, it shouldn't be cold. Reluctantly, the other lady working got my mom a new cup of coffee but from the same old pot so of course the same problem occurred. When my mom told them it was still cold, they continued to be rude to her and kept arguing. One of the ladies finally made a freah pot of coffee which completely solved the problem. The longer the coffee sits, the colder and older it gets. Last I knew, Dunkin was suppose to brew fresh coffee every 19 minutes. Employees need to learn a thing or...
Read moreIf I could give less than a star I would. I visited this location this evening to get a coffee and a couple donuts for someone I was visiting in the hospital. Not only did I have to wait and extenuating amount of time just to get anybody to greet me at the speaker. Once I was greeted I had to repeat my question three times. All I simply asked was if they had many options left for donuts as I knew it was close to closing time. The person I asked walked away from the speaker said nothing. I said hello. Another person comes to the speaker asks what they can help with. I repeat my question, asked if they had two of a specific donut to which he replied. Yes. I pull around behind another customer. They were assisting again, wait a ridiculous amount of time and as soon as I pull up to the window a girl comes up and states she does not have what I'm asking for. I understand it's hard to find quality associates and this market but this was absolutely unacceptable and I do hope that nobody else has to experience this and it...
