Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Des Peres

My first time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A and the customer service was horrible. My daughter told me that they are usually very kind and could not believe the way the man spoke to me. I informed him it was my first time so please be patient as I order. I stepped to the end to get a better view of salad dressings and he said loud enough for my daughter to hear "I just told her the dressings what more does she want". I ordered and my daughter asked to order sauce for her strips. He raised his voice at me and told me I could have whatever sauce I wanted but would have to give him a minute. He was in such a hurry to stop waiting on us he did not get me drink order correct. I asked for Tea and lemonade mixed. He said they charge more for lemonade and I should have ordered it right. (I did he did not listen) at that point I decided I no longer wanted to have lunch there. I asked my daughter be refunded her money. I then had to recap my experience for the manager. The manager said the employee just lost a nephew and his service was that morning. I suggested maybe they should give the employee a few days off with pay. He said "no we will not" It will be a long time before I visit that location...

We absolutely love Chickfila. This location blows every other location out of the water. Their food is always perfect. The staff is unbelievably kind and truly goes out of their way for you. Robyn is our favorite. We adore her and she always is so kind and reminds us of her prayers over us❤ That always brightens my day. Love it here. We are addicted to the ice cream cones of all things! This location is located in the West county mall. I never tried chick-fil-a so I wanted to check what the fuss was about. I had the chicken deluxe sandwich. It was ok nothing to go crazy over.
