You know these days it's hard to feed a family on a budget and when you trust somebody to cook your food you expected to be good and that's not what's happening here.Warning do not buy their food I just got off the phone with the manager and he acted as if it didn't matter how bad the food was he said because I ate two slices and two chicken wings that I lost my money and that came they cannot reimburse me. I used to give Pizza Hut five stars but over the years the food has gotten terrible I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with chicken sausage and 16 piece boneless wings with barbecue sauce there was hardly any sauce on the chicken wings and the pizza was dry and I'm returning the food today there's hardly any sauce hardly any cheese it was overcooked the crust was hard it tasted like it had been made and been sitting there waiting for somebody to order it at least if I go to Rocky's I get so much toppings that you could actually take it off and put it on another pizza and fresh dough over there I think I'll spend my $30 over there instead of at Pizza Hut they do not know how to make pizza the owner is cheap and they're expensive for the quality of food I could go to a little dive hole pizza place and get a better Pizza than this very disappointed Pizza Hut update..... I gave him another chance and I ordered the personnel pan pizzas for $2 a piece I asked for cheese pizzas I got cheese on just one slice per Pizza they expected me to bring them back they're so cheap they didn't want to replace the no cheese pizzas... They wanted me toowastemy gas to come all the way back and she started yelling at me on the phone. I took pictures of the pizza I wish I could post it to show everybody but I will be talking to another manager about it no wonder this building is closing down you guys suck it's the worst place ever and your customer service is really bad especially what happened to the customer is always right I work at a fast food place that the customer is the main person that we serve to the best that we can unfortunately you don't find that here... The only person that I ever met that was polite was an older gentleman that works at night other than that.... And when he works the pizza is really good the food is really good so you guys got some people to fire they don't care about the food or the service or your restaurant. Estimated delivery time was 11:17pm... no worries, we can wait a little while it's Saturday night. At about 11:30pm I start to wonder where our food is. At 11:40pm I call the store. A nice gentleman answers the phone and tells me my order is still there. They thought it already went out and has been sitting there for who knows how long. He offers to leave straight away and bring it to us. I don't want old cold nasty pizza, so he offers to get the manager on the phone. Yes, please. Female gets on the phone. Tells me they will send order our right now. I tell her I don't want old nasty pizza so she tells me they will remake and send out. My order is over 90 minutes late at this point. I ask her how long and she says 20 minutes. I ask about delivery time and she says an additional 10-20 minutes. I tell her fine, but waiting 2+ hours for a pizza is ridiculous and she says whatever, our wait time is already long. Never once did she say sorry, offer a discount, or anything. I told her this entire ordeal was unacceptable and we probably won't be ordering from them again. Her response "whatever, I don't care." And promptly hung up on me. I called pizza hut to let them know and the manager, a male that refused to give his name, was completely rude about it. I told him what happened and he said "I don't know what to tell you the pizza was complete when it left the store" I told him he better speak to his delivery driver and he straight up told me he wasn't gonna do that, that it's my problem! I asked for a replacement or refund and he told me no! He said it's not his problem. I said I would call cooperate and make a complaint, he said, "do whatever you feel like doing, but you're not getting your money back"
I'm completely appalled!
Mot to mention I ordered pizza from there a few months ago and the pizza wasn't cut at all! That manager needs to be fired!
UPDATE: I emailed my information to the email address added below. The only response I got was that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Of course no one ever contacted me and the issues was NEVER resolved. Seems they respond to complaints on here just to make it appear they want to make it right with the customer, but actually have no intentions on correcting the issue. It's been 4 weeks.
