We stopped by to get a banana split and they had no vanilla ice cream and no bananas, so then we changed the order, 2 of the waffle cones that have chocolate and nuts around the rims of the cone and they didn't have cones either so we ended up leaving and going to the Bruams Ice Cream down the street. The manger that runs this store is extremely rude so I avoid talking to her about them never having items in stock after I saw her take money and wipe her nose then get donuts from the case for a customer in the drive thru I always go inside so I can see them make my orders and ask them to wear gloves or wash their hands before they make my order. If the manager doesn't do that she's not enforcing that...

Customer service is very unprofessional, paid for a quart of ice cream which had to be hand packed, after the worker completed packing customer before me he removed his gloves and went to make himself an ice coffee. I was asked after standing for 5 minutes ;if I was waiting on an order and I informed them of my order number on the board pending and he asked was it for the window drive thru, the young woman who took my order comes from the back and informs the worker drinking his ice coffee that he should pack my order. This location is notorious for me trying to order something through the drive thru and swearing they don't have a certain thing but then going in the store and have it all day long. When I ask for hand packed they try to pressure me into getting pre packed because there's a "sale" but actually they do not feel like hand packing the ice cream. When I ask for warm cookie sundaes, they give me ice cream sandwiches with rock hard cookies. This is sadly the worst location.
