Absolutely love 313 Cinnamon Rolls! The owner is fantastic—so friendly and always on top of communication. And the cinnamon rolls are BEYOND AMAZING! I’m NOT vegan, nor is my spouse or family, but we’re all obsessed with them. They don't last long in our house at all. You’d never guess these rolls are vegan or dairy-free; they’re just that good. I usually order "The Sweetie" (Sweet Potato) with extra icing, and let me tell you, they are heavenly 🥴. And, the half dozen is such a great deal! Highly recommend!

I ordered the Red Velvet and Apple cinnamon rolls....and OMG, they were both equally delicious! I would definitely like to try the other flavors offered!! Side Note: I ate the Apple roll so fast, before I realized I should have taken a picture; so here's a picture of the Red Velvet roll before I polished it off....So yummy and moist!

I ordered a bakers dozen and they did NOT disappoint! The communication and professionalism was at an all time high. The rolls were delivered on time, fresh and she even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied! I’m not vegan, BY FAR, but these cinnamon rolls were the best that I’ve ever had! I’m a lifetime customer!!!

These rolls! I tell you these rolls!!! I had the rolls delivered to me. They were packaged well. Packaging and the rolls were perfect when i received them.

I would not have guess these are non-dairy at all! These are the best rolls I have ever had and I promise you, sweets are my thing. Can’t wait to get some more. Let me get off of here so I can put my order in now lol. You all should do the same. You will be surprised with satisfaction as well as the person touch in...
