Ordered 2 rounds and 2 crazy breads. I was not told before paying that it would be a "15 minute" wait for food; but I decided to just be patient and wait. A few people who ordered after me got their orders (smaller orders) while I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes. By about the 35 minute mark, a lady who had been waiting about 10 minutes got the exact same thing I ordered (2 rounds, 2 breads); I actually saw her get in line, wait, order and walk out with the exact same thing I ordered in about 10 minutes while I had already ordered and paid a half hour ago. When I and many others waiting for orders complained, we were yelled at to get out of the way so they could keep taking orders. By the 50 minute mark I gave up and asked for a refund. They looked and my receipt and about 5 minutes later I was told they refunded my card. They did not give me a refund receipt so I asked for one. About another 5 minutes later they finally gave me the refund receipt and I was able to leave.
I waited in line to for at least 15 minutes to order, once you tally it all up I was there for almost 1.5 hours for 2 "Hot and READY" and 2 regular crazy breads and had to walk away empty handed. this is the worst place of business I have ever had to deal with....
Read moreI walked into this location to pick up an order I had called in, and was immediately met with a highly unprofessional experience. A young lady in the back with a short haircut loudly yelled, “There’s a 25-minute wait! Whoever just walked in the lobby, it’s a 25-minute wait! We’re not making any Hot-N-Readys!”
Not only was this directed toward customers in a disrespectful tone, but she was also yelling at other employees and clearly upset about having to work that day. Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, especially for someone representing a business in front of paying customers.
There are plenty of other places to work if she doesn’t want to be there—but if she chooses to work in customer service, she needs to remember she is the face of the establishment. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism gave the entire location a bad look. I came in expecting a simple pickup and ended up witnessing behavior that made me second-guess spending my money there.

She was very combative with multiple customers, this location second day in the row as (cash only) and it’s no power outages in the areas or the building, then NO PIZZA IS READY!!! A hot n ready is a 15 minute wait anything you order is an 15 minute wait!!! Then it’s one cash only sign so if the lobby is full it’s a good chance you’ll find out once you get to the front of the line, then it say CASH ONLY but what it don’t say is also on top of cash only it can’t be over 20$!!!!!!!
