I visited this little Caesars on February 23 at about 9:00 PM. The lobby was full and people in the lobby had been there for a long time waiting for their pizza. People were getting really upset. As far as we could see there was only one gentleman working, and he was trying his hardest and extremely overwhelmed. He was coming up to the front and trying when he could but you could see that he was incredibly stressed out and defeated. At one point we saw another worker come around from the back for a split second so someone tried to ask her if they could check the name on one of the pizza orders but she said “Oh no, it’s 10 o’clock we are closed and I’m going home.” We tried to tell her that we had all been there for almost an hour, and she literally just ignored everyone and walked out of view of the lobby. Then we heard the sweet young man who was trying so hard talking to her saying “I can’t make you stay, but then it’s just me and there’s still customers waiting for help”. She wound up leaving and he stayed and tried to help everyone in the lobby at close. People were being incredibly mean to him and he reminded me a lot of of my autistic friend and it just broke my heart. He doesn’t get paid enough for what he went through that night and I hope that something good comes to him for being so kind amid everyone being awful to him. I believe his name was London or Landon, but if he is still working there, he deserves recognition. Even with everything he went through my pizza was made exceptionally, thank you London, this five star review is for you. If it wasn’t for you, I would be giving...
Read moreThe staff there is absolutely horrible. The manager, Mr. Sassy pants has a horrible attitude and will threaten to fight a customer if you complain about an incorrect order. He also refuses to answer the phone even for orders. The girl at the register can’t take a correct order. I watched a man ask if they had wings ready and she yes. So he ordered wings and crazy bread. She said it will be a 5 minute wait for the crazy bread. The man said ok paid and went to wait in his car as the business was blazing hot with no air. He comes back and she hands him a pizza and crazy bread. He says that’s not my order. She says she never took an order for wings. Everyone in there couches the he ordered wings and crazy bread. Everyone remembered because it was only 5 minutes. She then gets an attitude and berates the man because he didn’t get what he ordered. He was polite the entire time. She then says I have to charge you the difference. He says ok. But she doesn’t know how to do that and the manager Mr. Sassy pants will not come to the front. This place is a disgrace and I...
Read moreThis location is extremely slow. I ordered my food on the app and when I got to the restaurant I still had to wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile the lobby was full on two separate occasions with people ordering food getting their order and leaving and I’m still there waiting for my food. First she said 10 more minutes then she said it’s coming out so after 10 more minutes I ask about it again and she says it’s coming out again and I advised her that she said that 10 minutes ago and she walked away from the counter. This caused us to miss the 7 o’clock basketball game that my daughter and I was very excited to attend. How long does it take to make a plain cheese pizza. Then the workers got a problem because I now have a problem because I don’t have my order. I was two seconds from canceling the order. This is not the first time this has happened and this will be my last time coming to this location. I read some of the other reviews before post in my review and apparently this is a normal for...
