I moved out 12/31/16 because I could not deal with the roaches and bedbugs anymore, yet the rent continued to go up $20 every year. When I moved I had to throw every piece of furniture I owned away so that I did not take any "critters" with me. The building manager at the time kept lying and saying that I renewed my lease 2months earlier then when I asked her to produce a copy of said signed lease she could not produce one. Then after I gave notice in writing, had the building manager sign the documents stating that I will get my full deposit because I gave sufficient notice at the end of my lease, they still decided to try and keep my deposits and charge me $52 additional dollars because "I didn't give sufficient notice"! I had to contact the regional building manager because the property manager lied again and stated I had not provided any notice even though she signed off on my Notice To Vacate. We could really use some more civic minded tenants . I highly recommend making this campus...
