Thank you for dealing with my shenanigans. The chef and cashier were very patient with me taking forever and changing my mind last minute. That's me anywhere I go...lol The food is amazing, definitely worth trying. I finally settled with the catfish and let me tell you, I'm so happy I did! 😭 The pictures do not serve their full justice for the fries either. All I have to say is crispy, flavorful, and moist‼️ Everything is delicious! THANK YOU!!!! It is also located perfectly across from Belle Isle, where you can sit and enjoy your food off the water. Yup, me likes this Nicky D's. 😂

I must say I never had a bad experience with no other Nicky d’s but this one. I enjoy salads but I’m noticing they are not at least rinsing the lettuce off before serving it. I have reported to them on several occasions that the lettuce had small dead bugs in it and the waitress and cook became upset and said so what you want refund or remade. I was unable to say can y’all just rinse the lettuce before serving it. I hope the owner one day insists that his employees do right because the food is great but I would steer away from the lettuce even if it’s on a sandwich

What disturbs me is when you order something and in this case multiple orders and once I return to hand over peoples meals, everything not there. I ordered chili cheese fries and tenders and they put them in the same container. Of course by time I get to them tenders soggy, presentation poor and when addressed over phone customer service was not at its best.

I go to Mickey D’s often I do like their salad. Their hashbrowns is horrible. Just ordered hashbrowns with bell peppers and onions and cheese on it. They sauté the bell peppers and threw it over the cheese. The hashbrowns were basically like mashed potatoes. I would not ever get their hashbrowns anymore. The service is great well, the young ladies come to the window with a smile and treat you really good so customer service is A1 but the food is not up to part when they’re cooking your hashbrowns they need to be well done and not burnt or not mush like mashed potatoes so that’s my personal opinion about it. They want me to bring food back in the morning I don’t want anything people always thinking want something for free but just cook what the customer is asking you for And you won’t have this problem so I will not be ordering hashbrowns from them ever again this is my second time getting them in both times first time was undercooked this time....

The food is really good! The coffee is what I go for!!! OMG it's so delicious!! Staff is always friendly and smiling/laughing! Restaurant is always clean and smelling like food!!! Prices are on point... I think the tip is added into the price some kind of way! Nonetheless, I almost always tip and I don't mind the prices because the struggle is real! Seriously, try the coffee! I'm a self-proclaimed coffee snob and this coffee is GOOD! The only thing with the food is it can be inconsistent at times; however, not inconsistent enough to make me feel like I need to take it back or possibly stop going... it's just I have to make sure to tell them how I want my...
