So my initial issue with Papa's Pizza is that I would order soda and would not receive my soda. I would order hot sauce or if you like buffalo sauce and would not receive it. So for a long time now I have been going back and forth with the company about drivers not bringing hot sauce or soda or Branch when I placed orders. Tonight because I paid with my debit card I was met with resistance for wanting to hold onto my itemized receipt I've had this issue before whether I paid in cash or by debit or credit card wear for some reason my itemized receipt was not being authorized to me. As a consumer of the product from this company I should be able to have a receipt that legitimizes my purchase. I should have a copy of what I ordered, how much I paid, and what the taxes are. And what the delivery fees are as they vary. Tonight I was mad with a very aggressive person who is mail because he believed that my itemized receipt was his. As I explained to him this receipt is my copy of what I purchased if you would like a copy you should go back to the company and have them print you out a copy of this order but this is my itemized receipt. Living on the westside of Detroit can be very aggressive where do you are life born citizen or not. I don't think that you should have to meet this type of aggression and your own City. I hope they do better but I am no longer a customer thank you sincerely lost customer.
