Usually I’m not one to leave bad reviews, especially somewhere fast paced and likely to have managerial issues with high turnover but I can’t stay quiet about this specific location anymore. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered from here it has been wrong or an hour long ordeal that should take 10-15 minutes. Today, I’ve had enough. I worked in plenty of jobs with some type of procedural system and high pace so I try to give grace but this is absurd.
I managed to get both of the hard shell tacos that I ordered which is a miracle in itself at this spot but both of them were missing one little thing, THE ENTIRE BASE OF THE EFFING TACO —- THE GROUND BEEF. I added potato and got that but you guys somehow forgot to put the first GD thing on the taco? COME ON! I hope Taco Bell corporate takes a look at this review on top of the list of every other complaint and get some management that knows the bare minimum of how to provide a good work environment and training. I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. My recent visit was nothing short of a nightmare. Whether you order through a food delivery service like DoorDash or go in person, getting your food here is an ordeal.
Last night, around 10:30-11:00 PM, I decided to stop by in person. Of course, the drive-thru line was long, which I expected at that hour. After sitting in line for 20 minutes, we were finally told that it would be another 20-minute wait because they had all these DoorDash orders to fulfill. To make matters worse, the staff lady got on the microphone and basically told us if we couldn’t be patient, she didn’t know what to tell us. Seriously? That’s the level of professionalism?
This place clearly needs better support from their district manager, store manager, and frankly, Taco Bell corporate. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and outright rude.

The first time it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When I got it, it was wrong. The second time I ordered, it took 45 minutes to get my food. It was also wrong. other people that were waiting inside with me. Also had orders that were taking 45 to 50 minutes or more. No one apologizes, no one acknowledges that you’re waiting. They just simply handle only the drive-through customers. It is incredibly disappointing that a brand new location like this has no support, or doesn’t have the staffing resources to support it. I can’t in good conscience continue to go here. I encourage you, and others, to visit a different Taco Bell somewhere else. They simply don’t have their act together and I don’t know when they will.
