One of the worst service experiences we've ever had at a sporting event and/or restaurant bar. We came in for a 7:10 game at 5:45 and had to go to the bar to order food 45 minutes later because we could not locate our waitress! When we put in our food order (pretzel bites and footlong chili dog) we waited another 40 minutes, and I requested to cancel the food order because the game was starting. They delivered our food almost immediately after my request.
There is definitely a lack of communication or structure at this restaurant. The game keep in kind was at best half full! We purposely came in early to enjoy a pre game meal and drink(s) but had to wait almost 90 minutes for "1" drink and what should be very quick food items is beyond unacceptable. They either need to restructure or close because on a slow September meaningless half full game night they could barely provide service. We also witnessed several people walk out as no one waited on them. Just poor service and very disappointed, I hope the stadium does something to...

I was upset the way she talked to us but then giving us a sample beer when we paid full price...
