Went for a pop-up event and it was so fun! The park is beautiful and well maintained. And I think it is perfect for events. There’s a great spot for food trucks at the side of the park also that doesn’t disrupt the regular flow of traffic which is great.

I will say that because it is artificial turf instead of real grass on top of it being so well manicured - it is a bit hard to find places for my dog to sniff around without him trying to get into the flowerbeds.

But I think this is a great park for events and to let kids run around (plenty of space for them to actually run and get out energy!). There is also Circle Park (attached to the DTE building) right next door, which is also a public park, and that has plenty of space for dogs to sniff about and for putting out a picnic blanket if Beacon is a bit crowded with an event. Super excited to check out more events here!
