Here's a review for The Fillmore Detroit with a 5-star rating:
The Fillmore Detroit is an absolute gem and a must-visit for any music lover or concert enthusiast. I recently attended a concert at this historic venue, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the venue's charm and grandeur.
The Fillmore Detroit's architecture is stunning, with its beautifully preserved details that harken back to its early days as a movie palace. The ornate ceiling, grand chandeliers, and elegant dรฉcor create an atmosphere that is both nostalgic and awe-inspiring. The acoustics in the venue are superb, ensuring that every note and lyric is crystal clear, making for an immersive concert experience.
The staff at The Fillmore Detroit were incredibly friendly and professional. They managed the crowd efficiently, ensuring that entry and exit were smooth and hassle-free. The security personnel were vigilant yet courteous, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the event.
One of the standout aspects of The Fillmore Detroit is its seating arrangement. Whether you choose to enjoy the show from the main floor, the balcony, or one of the private boxes, you're guaranteed a fantastic view of the stage. The seating is comfortable, and the sightlines are excellent, allowing you to fully appreciate the performance.
The bar and concession areas are well-stocked and offer a variety of options to suit different tastes. I was pleased with the selection of beverages and snacks, and the service was quick, even during intermission when the lines tend to get longer.
The performance itself was electrifying, and The Fillmore Detroit provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night. The atmosphere was vibrant and energetic, with the crowd clearly enjoying every moment. The venue's size strikes a perfect balance โ large enough to host big-name acts but intimate enough to create a personal connection between the performers and the audience.
Overall, The Fillmore Detroit exceeded my expectations in every way. Itโs a venue that not only celebrates music but also pays homage to the rich history of Detroit. I highly recommend experiencing a concert here; itโs a place where memories are made, and I canโt wait to return for another incredible show. Five stars...
ย ย ย Read moreI went to go see Rebelution and Iration w dj mackle on 6/28. Show started at 8 doors opened at 7. I got there about 7:20pm there was a line down the side of the building so I was a bit concerned about getting in on time but the staff was on point. I was in in about 7 min. They checked my purse, cigarettes are allowed for those wondering and I also saw loads of people with vapes of various kinds. All the staff were super kind and helpful. Apparently you can't go out front and come back in so they have a side door that they allow people to smoke at and the staff member guided me to it. The venue itself was small but absolutely beautiful. I got a standing room ticket and just a heads up if you're not wanting to feel the base vibrate through your entire being you might wanna get higher up tickets it was definitely intense. Took me a bit to adapt to that sensation๐ there is a bar by the front door, and closer to the stage as well as one by the bathroom downstairs which was nice. Death Water was 4.95 can't speak to prices of the other drinks. They don't sell stickers until after the show so ppl don't stick them everywhere. I highly recommend buying parking online early I wound up in a lot 4 blocks away it's not in the greatest area so the closer the better when the show ends at almost midnight. Heads up if you're staying at a nearby hotel most that I saw charge $30-$40 for parking if your in downtown Detroit. Over all it was an awesome show with...
ย ย ย Read moreI had an absolutely terrific experience at the 9/10 Yungblud concert and the 9/19 Steve Wilson show. I have to admit that I hadn't been in the venue in probably a couple of decades. We had club seats which are premium seats. We didn't realize it when we purchased them. The line for normal entry was 6 blocks long before doors opened. Our premium entrance had 5 people in front of us. We were taken to our seats within minutes by Hayden. A roped off set of tables with four chairs each. Lots of room to move around. Our server showed up immediately. The tables have full bar and food service at the push of a button. For the full show. We never needed it as the staff (June) was very attentive without being distracting. The decor was beautiful. Its a very nice venue at just over 2800 occupancy. Our seats were incredible. For the second show we were accomodated with ADA seating as my friend expetienced trouble with the stairs (no fault of thr stairs). We had great seats and the staff once again was awesomem The sound system and acoustics were impressive. Security was visible without being as oppressive as many venues have become. I really was impressed with my experience. I'm lucky to be going there again on 9/19 (it was great) for another concert. Looking forward to it and hoping for the same experience. Btw, they cleared the 6 block line within an hour of doors opening. That's more acceptable than you...
