I had a wonderful experience at Tofubean Korean BBQ, a new and authentic Korean soft tofu restaurant in Diamond Bar. The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and cozy.
I ordered the seafood and beef tofu soup, which had a spicy and rich flavor that I loved. The soup came with a generous amount of seafood and beef, as well as soft and silky tofu. I wanted to let my wife taste it, so I packed the same menu and brought it home.
The side dishes were also delicious and complemented the main dish well. I especially enjoyed the kimchi and the potato salad, which had a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. The portions were big and satisfying, and I felt like I got a great value for my money.
The staff was very attentive and courteous, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They also brought out the food quickly after I placed my order, which I appreciated. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, with modern decor and comfortable seating.
I can't wait to go back to Tofubean Korean BBQ and try their other menu items, such as the pork cutlet and the seafood noodles. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try something new and delicious. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area, and I'm giving...
Read moreI never write bad reviews on yelp but this place has the worst service. I been coming to the place probably once a month. This place was never full therefore I like to sit at a particular place. This older waitress was never really happy that I picked where I want to sit but since it was never full I felt I had every right to sit where I want just cuz she might need to walk a little further. I gave a good tips as well. This past Saturday we went there that lady won't let me sit where I normally sit You should see her face and I was afraid she might spit in my food.. Therefore I left, they no longer will have my business. She is just a very unhappy person. That's why it was...
Read moreFor a tofu stew spot, the main attraction should be that.
Tofu bean of Diamond Bar misses that spot with their mediocre tofu stew. I have never been to a tofu bean location but I doubt I will ever return because the soup was flavorless, tasting similar to something you would eat from a packet instead of slow cooked broth.
The only saving grace was the tasty unlimited side dishes with attentive servers.
If you are looking to try tofu stew for the first time maybe come check this place out. But if you have eaten at different tofu stew places this place will not impress you in the...
