1 star only because I have to put a star. By far the worst experience my family and I have ever had. I dont even know where to start. Our appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) every single one of our chips were broken. There looked like there were three or four different kinds as well. They were also stale. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to get refilled. Once they were refilled 6 out of the 7 did not have ice. She then brought out breadsticks for my meal 15 minutes before my meal. At this given moment my wife walked out of the restaurant to the car. Because the waitress was very rude to me. I then asked for boxes and boxesd up majority of our meals. I was then handed my bill. The waitress had double charged us for everything. I then asked to talk to the manager. She came over and started marking the extra items off. I got new bill it was closer to being right. I then found that there was another meal that she didn't take off. So I went up to her and she then told me that we already looked over this bill and figured it out. (Very rudely). I then asked her if she was going to comp any of our meal and she said well it's a corporate thing. I can't comp you an entire meal for 100 plus dollars meal. Read moreWhere to start... Service was poor. The hostess, who seemed to be training someone was sitting down and playing on her phone or eating food from a different place during our whole meal. So that’s professional. But to our ‘surprise’ we look over to see servers sitting at the bar also on their phones. Our waitress was very unattentive and not knowledgeable about beers on tap or food items. I ordered something without gravy but she neglected to tell me that was literally all vegetables that would come on the plate. The new host (we think) got us a refill on beer, then was the one to informed me that was where all the veggies were, and got me a side of the “gravy” which was not exactly what the menu described. So I was going to wait for her to come back to at least get a side of something to give the plate literally made up only of steak chunks and potatoes any flavor. She never once stopped while we were eating but then asked if we needed anything as we were literally stacking plates. Then rushed us out, by instead of doing the cordial, servers ediquette and just bringing change, she stood at the end of the table wait for us to count cash to put in the check book, and stated “no change, right?” The time she stood waiting for us to pay her was the longest we had her at our table. Read moreStopped in to have something to eat with their Perfect Margarita and watch the World Series. Tricia, the server was awesome! We ordered the spinach dip, onion soup, chicken wings and fries. The dip tasted old and reheated and the wings tasted old, dry and reheated. I didn't eat them. I told the server I wasn't happy. The manager came over and said that "in all fairness" she would charge me for half of the meal. When I complained of it being old, dry and reheated she dismissed my complaint telling me how wonderful her cooks were and how hard they work. I tore apart a wing to show her how dry and old it was but she kept singing her praises about the cooks. She offered us a "Blondie" which is a dessert, as compensation. When it came it was ROCK HARD!! Tricia, the server, confirmed to the manager that yes, the dessert was ROCK HARD!! Tricia then very graciously remade the dessert the proper way. The manager stayed very far away after that. She should have been very embarrassed but it didn't seem so. She never apologized for the rock hard dessert!
