First visit summer of '17, the order was very difficult because they didn't understand the order (language barrier), then the prices changed from what we clarified when we ordered, next sloppy blizzards were handed out the window and when we looked at them and said we weren't accepting those. They took them back and took another 10 minutes to make four normal blizzard that they could flip upside down.
Fast-forward a year later, and we're giving them another shot. First we ask right off the bat if blizzards are buy one get one. They said yes and we proceeded to order four blizzards. Two normal ones and two Royal ones. Somehow the total comes to $16 for two small blizzards (they are BOGO). When we get up to the window and ask about the buy one get one(again) they inform us that it only applies to two total blizzards now. So I asked if we can just drive around the building and get our second two blizzards and pay for those at the buy one get one price as we had been told. After he consults with the manager, she says no. So we took off the two regular blizzards paid for our two of four blizzards we ordered and will not be back. I will say the guy at the window was at least pleasant, props to him, I hope he finds a better place to utilize solid customer service skills because they won't benefit...

My husband placed his order and then looked at it before taking a bite and realized the sandwich had a peppercorn dressing on it. He misunderstood the ingredients when ordering and took it in to get something else. The manager (a short pudgy guy with dark hair) didn’t even let him get to the counter before aggressively approaching him and telling him that’s what he ordered. He would have purchased another sandwich to get something he wanted but the rude manager came at him with such aggressive behavior he just gave them the sandwich and left. Read morepoorly trained staff!!! the middle aged woman with the accent at the drive thru was processing orders, fixing ice cream and handing out food with the same gloves and I kindly asked her to change her gloves (because they were noticeably dirty) and redo my kid's ice cream and she had every excuse in the book as to why she didn't want to. she then asked the younger boy to process my order and I also asked him nicely to redo my ice cream and he refused saying "no i cant i don't want to waste product." so i took my card and left without dinner. I called and asked for the store number and their names and he said that he was not going to give out any information. I'm writing this to tell others to beware of the lack of cleanliness. All of this could have been avoided by simply changing the gloves and remaking the ice cream sundae. Customer service is just not a thing anymore...
