The kid who took my order was great, same with the guy who bagged my order. Where the problem was, the Management. I don't know if she was angry because she was working in the kitchen or what it was but I've never had a issue at any of the other fast food places. The guy bagging was more then happy to give me a handful of packets of mayo, but with curly fries I enjoy dipping them in mayo. With two large orders a good amount of mayo is needed, the amount that packets wouldn't work for. So I asked for a small soup cup full of mayo from the kitchen, the manager did a Blige with a small squirt in the cup and the told her employee to tell me that's all your getting, "deal with it". And then they just stood there and wasn’t “cleaning” like they said that they had to because of “COVID”. All the night shift employees on 10/18/2021 flipped me off after I called and asked why they were closed. There was about 5 employees closing the store this night. They could’ve been serving food! The updated covid-19 hours posted on the front doors claim they are open until 10pm....To the best of my knowledge, open means serving customers. If an establishment chooses to disregard the accepted cultural standard for the meaning of open, they damn well ought to post their interpretation of the term so the rest of know what they mean and don't end up wasting time...
