I went in last week to purchase an iced coffee. The girl behind the counter was rushing through the whole transaction (they weren't busy), and didn't ask me for my phone number for the rewards. So, she goes to swipe my card as I'm requesting that she put in my number so I get my points, and had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to say something before they swipe my card. Seriously? It's HER job to ask me about my rewards, not the other way around, but I get we're all human here and sometimes they forget to ask. The lady who made them was so flustered she had to remake my coffee, caramel high rise cooler, twice and when she got done with it she slid it to me and said "here's this one. I dont know if you'll like it." My husband got a XL mocha turtle cooler. She asked if I wanted the chocolate syrup on it. I told her yes please and the rest of the toppings. She only put the chocolate syrup on there. Neither coffee tastes like it should and frankly are gross. I will not be stopping here again ever and I dont recommend it to anyone...

Came in tonight to pick up my mobile order for me and my 2 sisters & I had ordered my drink with light ice and it clearly wasn't so I asked Ellie to remake it and she gave me major attitude and just dumped a bunch of the ice out but refused to add any more drink to it because her manager had said they aren't allowed to..
