Whatever happened to the customer always being right? Even when there in the wrong does not matter you in the food industry make the customers happy because that’s your paycheck not mine, I don’t know who the lady was in the drive thru she did not give a name even when I asked for it! Wasn’t even wearing her name tag, any ways she was a elderly lady with long gray hair ( the manager ), We received our food and just asked for a burrito.. we were missing one, kept constantly asking which burrito and we told them which one and just asked for the one to be made correctly, they tried taking the burrito back, once it’s out the window you cannot take food back after it’s been touched, thats in all food industry’s I as a manager know this, not that I didn’t want to keep the burrito any ways it was incorrect, I just wanted the right burrito! I was doing the right thing, instead of fixing the problem she decided to argue, I asked for the corporate number, oh wait let me add I forgot you offered a refund because you got scared after I asked for corporates number, that’s okay, I will be getting ahold of corporate. If you are looking for a great place, with friendly helpful people - Taco Johns is where you want to go! If you are HUNGRY and want DECENT FOOD AT A REASONABLE PRICE that is properly made and packaged and makes for a tolerable meal this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO :( ... The management IS good about following up on complaints and will give you a ticket to replace an item you were dissatisfied with, thereby giving you the opportunity to go back and spend more money at their restaurant. You will have the opportunity purchase even more unsatisfactory food to go along with THE item on your ticket that was wrong the last time you were there.
