A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Dickson City

So let me preface by saying I have been to quite a few LJS locations. I go to the one in Scranton tonight my wife orders a shrimp bowl(it comes with a drink I assume since the girl who rang us up gave her a large cup) My wife asks for a strawberry shake. No upcharge to the meal, Nope she now has a large soda and a shake? I ask for 8 or 12 pieces of LJS chicken just chicken no sides or hushpuppies. Girl behind counter tells me no I can't do that. Proceeds to charge me for the meal with sides which I clearly said I didn't want (over $50 total with the shrimp bowl and shake) again I explained I would just like chicken no sides. She again tells me she can't do that. I said ok how about this, add a piece times 6 . Yes I can do that. She just didn't get it. No idea of her name didn't see a name tag and the receipt had a male employees name on it. More than 10 minutes later the 6 pieces are ready. No crumbles and little black spots on the chicken pieces.
