KFC — Restaurant in Dickson

These guys deserve my props!! So I came (around 830pm) specifically because my oldest little girl wanted a chicken pot pie and my smallest little girl wanted Mac & Cheese. To our great dismay, they had completely sold out of chicken pot pie and the mac was going to be a wait. That’s okay, I can’t double fail as daddy so I’ll wait. The guys in the restaurant were super kind and apologetic got it out as fast as possible. I wasn’t upset, it is what it is and it was close to closing. But what to my great surprise did I discover?!?! These guys hooked me up with a ton of extra chicken and cookies as a way to make it up to me and my little girls!! Thanks so much guys!!! That’s the way to do it!!!!! You just made my whole family very happy!!!

Update….. 4 months later…

The staff was adequate, nothing impressive but I understand that help is hard to find these days. But what has me very much upset is that the restaurant was out of pot pies (yet again), and out of crispy chicken. So I then went with the 12 pc regular family meal and then to make matters worse my 3 sides were barely half full, I got shorted one piece of chicken and got zero biscuits!!! Having spent $40 for this I feel completely ripped off! KFC used to be my favorite but considering my last couple of visits weren’t much better I think it’s time I give Popeyes and Bojangles...

I wish I could give a minus zero, by far THE WORST food and customer service in Tennessee! Ordered a pot pie at the drive thru, the guy that took the order said the price was $6. And change. When I got to the window, the cashier reached out the window for my card swiped my card and told me to pull up to wait for my order because my biscuits weren't done. I asked him when they started including biscuits with the pot pies? He said "oh I'm going to need your card again I charged you the wrong price" $46. For a pot pie! He had charged me for someone else's order! I asked to see the manager she reluctantly came to the window and blamed me for his mistake! First she told me that he told me what the price was BEFORE he charged my card so I should have known it wasn't my order (he didn't) I told her he never said a price he just held his hand out for the card, she told me SHE trained him right and he DID tell me a price and he doesn't make mistakes! Totally insinuating I was lying...after I left and called corporate (which by the way was useless) I decided to eat the pot pie, halfway through I bit down on something and cut my gums. There was bones in my potpie! I did finally get credited to my debit card several days later....never will I go...

Ordered 16piece 4sides order. One person ahead of me. Looks as if short staffed. The gal took my order of half and half on chicken she did say it will b just a few extra minutes on the e tra crispy I said ok. A friend Ordered bucket of chicken with 3 sides original. After about 10 minute they tell me my order was ready grabbed it brought back to table upon checking the order it was my friends order. So we sat and waited and waited and waited. After almost 20 min I go up to counter where there was no employees or customers I look at the gal in drive-thru who looked possibly like the manager. She said hold on a moment. I waited for her to take care of 3 orders still no one came up front finally I had to say excuse me but where is my order she ignored me so patiently I said again where's my order she said we had to cook the chicken. I said yes I was told a few minutes by now 1/2hr later and other people getting orders. Not happy she finally got brought my order out after I had to wait 10 more minutes. For the $50 plus bill could have been quicker to...
