I went to this location for.the first time since they moved to it from across the street.
I ordered a 12 inch Fresh Baked Ham with mayo, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, onions, and black olives on multigrain bread. It's my usual Saturday night meal. I didn't get chips or a drink this time.
After waiting at the drive in window for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged, a worker came to the window and rang up my purchase. I paid for the sandwich and got handed my change. I expected the sandwich to be handed to me at.that time, but instead,the worker closed the window and walked away. The worker came back a few minutes later, opened the window, handed me the sandwich, closed the window,, and I drove off.
When I got home, I sat down and unwrapped the sandwich. I was very disappointed!! This sandwich had VERY LITTLE of everything I ordered on it and was not made to Subway standards. I was glad that I wasn't serving it to anyone else because it would have been embarrassing to say the least!! I was not able to take the sandwich back and have it remade.
This was the worst Subway experience that I have ever had!! From now on, I won't be giving any more business to this location based on the poor quality of the sandwich. I will continue to go to others that put out a better product and meet the...

Got to the window, greeted by the same man. It wasn't the speaker that was the problem. Asked for my rewards points, he had no clue what I was talking about!
Here is my tip to improve your service and have me back as a customer. QUIT HIRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT DO NOT HAVE A GOOD GRASP OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!
Just got home with order. Pizza was burnt! Sandwiches had no cheese and amounts of ingredients were wrong. Called to get a refund. Would not do it but offered to remake Sandwiches after they made sure they didn't screw them up! Not making almost an hour round trip to have them, more than likely, deal with the same idiot from before, and they tell me that they were made right! NEVER AGAIN! GO BACK TO WHERE...
Read moreI stopped in a few days ago to get a sandwich. It was the worst experience ever in a subway. Got to the section to add toppings and it all fell apart. I asked for spinach and got exactly 5 pieces. I had to ask for more and got 2 more pieces. Then I asked for pickles and was given 4 for a footlong and had to ask 2 more times to get more. Same thing with the banana peppers but then I asked for black olives and had to ask 4 times. The male worker was already annoyed and started to talk to another worker in a language that I didn't speak but it was obvious they were talking about me because they both kept glancing at me and giggling. Last I asked for honey mustard and again asked twice. I don't understand the whole stingy thing and making me uncomfortable because they definitely have lost a customer that loves to eat at Subway.
