I had previously given this location a five star rating and become a regular patron for delivery.(about once a week) Had an issue with my order when ordering an unwhich extra meat and cheese. (I ordered the same thing every time so I know what it "should" look like) They delivered a scrawny almost empty wrap with literally one slice of cheese on it. I figured a mistake is a mistake so I would just call in to let them know. I talked to a somewhat clueless guy that said that is manager said they would send out a replacement. I then received two calls that I missed, because I was working at the time. I called back and said that I was a returning a call. The assistant manger "greets me" with "Yeah I was calling because you said your sandwich was messed up?. - VERY professional. She then said that they could not send me a new one even though that is exactly what I was told on the first call. I asked why and she said because it is company policy when someone eats the food not to send another one. I said that I had just taken a couple of bites before I realized that there was a mistake. Did they expect me to unwrap the wrap to make sure they did their job, then eat? After an insanely rude back and forth; I asked for the district manager's name and info which was never provided. I received an email two days later from another assistant manager of the store offering a replacement meal. Since I am not in the business of eating spit I politely declined. It's a damn shame that one person in a business can single-handedly destroy all future business from a regular. This shop is fast and usually provides a quality product. However, after being treated beyond poorly by the "manager" that called me I will never purchase from that location again and quite frankly may not visit JJ period as the response from corporate was nil on...
Read moreThey are training new employees in this location. They have a couple of folks that are veterans. That are supposed to be keeping an eye on the new employees but they are taking their sweet time by having conversations with one another. Instead of paying attention to the new employee.
Who's practically going back-and-forth with them to ask them if what they're doing is correct. I understand that sometimes you have to let an employees do their thing to get him used to the environment. But when someone's a complete amateur you kind of have to hover above them. Until they can get the hang of it.
I had a very depressing sandwich unfortunately, because of the lack of attention from the...
Read moreI have truly never been here but I've heard from some of my tenants that their food is amazing in which it is but very awkward treatment from attendee Jessica that served my daughter, was very rude....I don't know if it's something done to everyone but my daughter had to bag her sandwiches herself....So I won't be coming back to this location anymore.... And FYI even if it's not with sandwich order, would be a great way to sale more by asking those that don't purchase drinks if they want to get a drink with it, like at my store you come in and buy a box and we ask do you need tape, COMMON SENSE...
